Reading is not their strong suit. Order and order tag clearly stated “Only pickles” and the gentleman man at the window discussed this me at length before I was parked. Then I get home and not to my surprise I found cheeseburgers with everything but pickles. Job well done, yes blame on the pandemic and your teachers, don’t take responsibility for your actions. Again job well bad!!!

There is always someone cleaning up tables here. Very cool. I always tell them don't throw my stuff away I will be back when I take the kids to the restroom and the employee pretty much watches my stuff. Very nice of them.

For a restaurant that has a standardized method of cooking, I always find it interesting how they are never able to cook my fries consistently in the same way. This particular McDonald's location is very hit or miss when it comes to producing good food. I would say that this one is a miss. The service was good, and the speed of service was good. The overall quality of the food would make me sacrifice both of those if it meant an increase in taste. Fries weren't seasoned at all, burgers were warm, but didn't have any freshness to them. How do you get wrong a Sprite with no ice? All in all this was a lackluster experience.

Manager on shift at 12 am on 2/20/2022, had a disrespectful attitude. I am doing DoorDash and she gets an attitude everytime I come through the drive thru and gets mad at the employees. I heard a guy tell someone he should put gloves on to touch the fries (which should always be a thing because you don’t touch food without gloves) This manager on duty screamed at the guy who told the other dude to put gloves on I could hear her screaming at him to clock out and go home. This guy was probably the nicest person there and greeted me nicely as I pulled up (the last two times the manager had a nasty attitude she was upset at me for no reason). Additionally she was touching her hair without gloves and proceeded to touch food and pack orders. She had a disrespectful attitude and I could tell the employees were uncomfortable near her. If she can’t handle the stress of 4 orders and she takes it out on the employees just because she has “authority” then she is unprofessional I will never come back to this location. Whoever the guy was that was wearing a beanie deserves a place that respects him he had the best customer service, I feel horrible he had to deal with the blonde manager.

The general manager was very rude, and had me waiting for over 20 mins for my order…then when I received my order all of the food was cold and the the employees were very rude and she refused to give me another meal for the one she gave us. I was polite and asked her nicely to substitute our meal for breakfast or remake our food.

Fries were cold before we even exited the parking lot leaving drive through.Quarter pounder ordered one with cheese one NO cheese.....both had cheese. Requested extra mayo and mustard with the no cheese. No mayo penny size drop of mustard and a quarter size of ketchup.Very disappointing

Went there today at 6pm. Ordered 2 meals and 10 pieces of chicken nuggets. When I got to the first window to pay for my order, the girl told me was 27.99 and asked me if I wanted the receipt, I said yes because after I ordered the screen showed 26.28. I looked at the receipt and noticed the whole order was wrong, so I knocked on the window and told the girl that she got my order wrong and I told her what I had ordered. The employee got the supervisor, they talked about what happened and the employee opened the window and tells me it was ok that I would get my food and that I actually paid less than what it was. I asked her how is paying 27.99 less than 26.28? The employee seemed annoyed and told me she would give me the difference and the receipt, the receiptshows i paid more thanwhatit was, the supervisor had an attitude too. Is not my fault that the employee got my order wrong.

First were is the beef. Really this is what my big mac looked like when I hoped the box. Top it all off I ordered off the app and was waiting in the curb side pick up area and manger was acting like she was going to pass my food off to the other car. I pointed at my self saying that was my order. Snappy like she yells hold on a sec. Very poor magnet to pass on to her crew. I was so mad I didn't say one word or even thank you. I was on the phone with corporate right away and filed a complaint. This manger with blond hair and glasses and a pink watch needs training in customer service and learn it. It's not hard. I wouldn't even. Give them a star but Google makes you.

Online orders are still slow. They will not let you in the curbside parking. They will still make you wait in line. So slow, been like this for the last few years. Very disappointing. The food is not worth the wait. Never has been. Never will be.

People can't listen and the food is never consistent. I make the same order every time I go to any McDonald's, but it always gets messed up. They charge WAY too much for this. It's not convenient to have to fix the constant problems. Especially when I can get a much better experience any casual fastfood restaurant for the same price.
