I was ignored in the second lane. I drove up to the first window and the employee's demeanor is as he doesn't even want to be here. I can tell that the staff at this location definitely works for the check and not to provide customer service or the " Golden Moment" that McDonalds strives for.When I got to the second window I wasn't even greeted. I was handed my coffee, which was under filled and the employee had an attitude when I asked her to fill the coffee to the line inside the cup. I asked for a specific way for my sandwich to be made and that wasn't even accurate. This location is a disappointment, never again.

One of the crappiest locations in the area.Always slow, long lines, rude employees.Its a 50/50 shot if your food is correct or of decent standards.For what fast food workers want in wages these days, you would expect better quality.

Can't say too much because it's McDonald's and it is fast food. However I think they could take the time to actually put the meat on the bread rather than kind of half on it and then kind of sling a slice of cheese at it. They're paid to assemble sandwiches... So assemble them already. Also it would be nice if the sandwich was actually hot enough to melt the cheese... Assuming that it is cheese and that it does melt.

I only went there to pick up an order. But after arriving feeling like I was bothering the employees by being there, waiting roughly 10 minutes, finally getting my food, it seemed not fresh and only luke warm. Also a lack of condiments on the burger and not even semi-melted cheese. I've found this at many McDonald's around the Tacoma area. Not happy with the simple burger or the service anymore. Probably wont return unless I hear better experiences from family and friends.

Cash only? At 10pm. No signs to let patrons know. Waiting in line for 40+ minutes just to be told that they are only taking cash currently. Which is fine. But there needs to be a visible sign so you don’t wait 40 minutes and then get stuck another 20+ minutes after being told it’s cash only because they aren’t making the food/processing payments fast enough to get you out in a reasonable time. How many people are working?? 1? Literally? Such a disappointment. I should know by now. This drive through always takes a long time. But this is just ridiculous.

Good customer service. Employees are polite and accommodating. The only issue is many times in the very early morning they're only taking door dash orders (cuz they're short staffed?). It's a bit invonvenient, usually a 10-15 minute wait.

Good location! I ordered a BOGO coupon offer for Deluxe Chicken (fried) and Big Mac, and a shamrock shake. I also had an order using their APP. As a new user, I was supposed to get a free large fry. The drive thru clerk couldn't use the code that came up. Tried using the Kiosk at the inside lobby that didn't work either. Waited at the counter for five minutes but nobody came over to help. There was a woman waiting in front of me who said she had been waiting five minutes before I entered. Ugh! I left! One thing for sure out of this experience someone got a free fry on me!

This MacDonald does not deserve a one star?I stopped by this morning around 5 am to order something to eat since all the othwr fast food places are closed. They gave me an egg mc muffin with and extra side of shells, like a whole lot. Did I mention they were mean? I would never recommend it to anyone??????

Anytime I'm going through here for doordash they treat you very poorly which reflects on whether or not I'll go back there as a customer. As of now I'm not interested in going there for me or for a delivery...update it is a tiny bit better so upped from 1 to 3 stars...
