Had a situation where I gave a code at the drive-thru speaker (6242) , employee repeated the code "you said (6241)". I laughed because he heard my whole order correctly, but wanted to play with a code I gave. That deterred me from returning for about 2 months after that situation, I gave it time for him to be either fired or quit. High turn overs are needed for this reason! The food is great, only con and the biggest in my opinion is they over cook their fries every time! Please work on this Management.

Normally love this place, but I decided to do breakfast here today because they are the only location nearby that has bakery items available... needless to say my caramel cappuccino with 2 creams and caramel drizzle that I paid extra for had no caramel of any kind nor any added cream, just a plain old cappucino...my side of scrabble egg got put in the breakfast hotcakes container even though it wasn't for that, the extra syrups I ordered for the oatmeal and breakfast plate didn't get in the bag and they didn't bother giving me Splenda for the unsweetened ice teas I ordered, did I mention on my breakfast sandwich I chose the 'substitute bacon' option not Canadian bacon, just bacon and instead got the Canadian kind, I was looking for a salt kick that i never got, to say I'm disappointed would be pretty spot on at the moment, they normally do great

Everytime I come the never get my order correct. My pregnant self wanted a freaking number 1 it was correct on the board but on my receipt it wasn't and they also had it wrong in my order. Wow thanks for never getting my order right. I'll be chosing another location for now on.

Their food is always old or dry. I know I take my chances with going there but this time it was obvious they were just putting out the food as fast as they could. I got a double quarter pounder and the bottom patty was over done but the top patty was raw, not just pink but raw. Barely brown on both sides. I'm not going there anymore.

Showed up, ordered food, waited in car. Two more cars showed up. They ordered food. Finally after 20 minutes of waiting they bring out all of the food for the cars. Fries are lukewarm at best. Obviously they were busy with the drive through and tossed my order in the warmer where it sat for ages. Oh well. Order trash food, get trash food, I guess.

Went through the drive through today at 175th and Canyon cuz the lobby was closed at 6 pm on a Thursday.... 15 minute wait in line..... what I ordered... and paid [email protected]@10 piece chicken nugget meal, super sized. Double quarter pounder with cheese meal, super sized. And on there own, 2 McDoubles.... the gal confirmed at the window that I was getting the order with the 2 McDoubles.... grabbed my bag and went home......What I got?10 piece chicken nuggets meal super sized?A single quarter pounder with cheese, super sized. ?One regular single cheese burger ?No second burger?Check your bag at the window or they will steal from you!

1:56 pm on 22 January I order a chicken nugget happy meal with sprite and then a large coffee. Then I receive a small coffee and a large sprite with my 2 year olds happy meal? Seems legit. Whoever was taking my order was lost in the sauce

This is probably one of the best and fastest McDonald's I have been to! Orders are accurate and the food is always hot and delicious! Worth going out of the way for!

This place deserves a negative 5, but 1 star is as low as Google allows.This is specifically about the McDonalds at 17609 176th St.At Approx 8:50 to 9:05 pm on Monday , December 20th 2021I am in the drive thru waiting my turn in line.Finally get to the order speaker.I hear “Order when ready"So I order, “ Yes, I’d like a vanilla cone and a small fry"Pause.Again I hear “Order when ready".I reply, “ I already ordered"No reply.I ask “ Is anyone there?”Again, I hear “Order when ready"I reply, “ I already did, but I guess you didn’t hear me".“You’re too far away from the mike"“ I’m sitting right in front of it, I don’t see how I can get any closer.”“if you’re going to argue, you can leave, we don’t need your business.”As there was no way to get out of the line at that point, I continued to proceed toward the front of the line until I was past the second window and left............Based on your employee's attitude, you're right, you don't need my business or, more correctly, you don't deserve my business.There are PLENTY of other options a hundred feet away.Options that don't have rude employees. Options that want the business you don't need.…………….Is this really how you train your employees to speak to customer’s? With nasty comments and disrespect.This was not an employee “having a bad day", this was an employee with a bad attitude.. I wish I could say that I thought this was an isolated incident, but I don’t think it was.Has McDonald’s fallen so far down in customer service that they tell customer’s the equivalent of ,” Shut up, don’t complain or we’ll throw you out".Is this the image McDonald’s want to project?This location will never again get my business. Considering that I usually came here at least once a week and usually spend about $10 a visit, that's at least $520 in revenue a year this business owner will not see from this former customer. I am sure I am not the only victim of this nasty employee, I'm just the rare vocal one. Most just simply won't come back. Maybe the owner won't miss the lost revenue, but I can assure you that your mouthy employee will cost you plenty and your competition is just loving their new customers.

Staff is extremely rude Maddy and Malaysia were completely awful, we politely asked to wait for fries that were not cold they raised their voices at us and outright refused the request and left an item off our order. Go to another location if you can, all they care about is getting you out of line, I don’t expect excellent service from a fast food place but this location is particularly AWFUL.
