The people at Master Burger Meister are very rude. They should all be fired. They suck at cooking. My catfish was slimy and gross very greasy.

Excellent fries!! Good service and easy to find in a busy food court!The Spicy Meister Burger is high quality burger! Nice buns and not over done sauce.I’ll come back for another go and maybe a shake next time too.
From the look of things that place appears to be short staffed. One man marching band up in that kitchen. One cook cooking everything, one guy doing grill, sandwiches and on fry station and chopping potatoes making fresh fries. That cook should get a pay raise he deserves it. Other than that, food is delicious. That place needs more staff to run it better....
Ben- I just five minutes ago got a few burgers and fries, they forgot my one burger and the food was over cooked and looked pre made. Very mad customer service the lady was wearing white ear buds and look half wake.

Seems to be a rip off food business at the Tacoma Mall.The salads are tiny and way overpriced.The chicken salad is worse than grocery store prepackaged chicken salad, smaller sized too, and also way overpriced.Fries portion is small and the burgers are small too.That salad in the photo cost me about $6 dollars or more and as you can see, my hand is bigger than the entire salad.
