My only complaint is dang, Idaho Falls, ID is a bit too far to eat there anytime soon! My son lives nearby and I know he'll be back; as well, he'll be taking a few others to try it - he was impressed! Our Server was great, I don't know her name (dang, I need to take better note of that), but it was around 1:30 PM on Friday, March 18. Thank you for your service; there was 5 of us and we all loved our food! My husband talked about it again today! I don't know what all of us ordered, I had the Fish Taco's which were great, my husband had a Breakfast - which included Hash Brown's which he commented on today - he loved the way they were cooked - he said "to perfection". As well, my son had a breakfast which included pancakes, he said they were "the bomb" which means really good - had others taste them they were so good! Anyway, suffice to say, if I lived nearby, I'd certainly be there more often and more than likely come the next time we visit our son! He, for sure, will be back! Thanks for your great food and service!
We ordered the French toast and the chicken fried steak. The French toast was sublime and it comes with eggs and breakfast meat to hit that perfect spot of sweet and savory. That chicken fried steak was a flavor explosion in your mouth! And the coffee from a local roaster was decent. Definitely worth the hour drive from Seattle.
Husband ordered meat lovers omelet with a side of their homemade salsa. The salsa was really, really good. I had the Frisco burger. Both were great. Fries are tiny, skinny things. Didn't like, not my thing. They seemed superfluous; unnecessary and didn't belong. Maybe kids like them. Otherwise I liked the meal. Server was great.
The best omelette I have ever had and I am old AF! Seriously, the salsa, which is made in house, is the perfect spice level but the flavor, dear god the flavor is outstanding. Portion size is on point too, I am not a huge fan of way to much food for breakfast which is fine for some I am sure, but this was the perfect portion size for me. Perfectly filling, excellent aftertaste of a spicy breakfast. Staff was insanely polite and friendly and attentive. Coffee, yeah they have better coffee then 90 percent of the other places. Decor is cool, animal pics everywhere, warm inviting ambiance. Blueberry pancakes get a double thumbs up from our munchkin. Lastly, I am not exaggerating about how good this omelette was, it is crazy good!!!!!
I have been in a total of 5 times and Manny's is always consistent. Amazing service, great drinks and tasty meals.
Have been wanting to try Manny's for a long time. Finally had the opportunity to have breakfast and it didn't disappoint. Cynthia our server was fantastic. She made recommendations and they were perfect. The French Toast was fabulous with the homemade syrup almost like a brown butter taste. I like my eggs over medium and many places they never come out that way....this time they did!!! And the bacon was perfect. Had a bite of the Mannito Burrito and also delicious with the house made salsa. The restaurant is cute inside. Cozy and casual. Great vibe to the restaurant. Service was A+ and I can't wait to go back and try their dinner menu.
They serve breakfast here, most of the day I was in at 2 o’clock. I had a delicious California omelette, hit the spot perfectly. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating since I was in a rush. I think they also were very fast, in spite of the restaurant having several other clients. Definitely wanna come back here when I’m not in a hurry. Proctor such a cute neighborhood this is the perfect little restaurant to have lunch during a day of shopping or visiting salon.
We were told 20-25 minutes estimated wait time. It took exactly 1 hour before we got our table. It took 30 min before we received our food. There were three of us.Arrived Sunday and put name on wait list at 11:56 a.m. Told it would be 20-25 min. We received a call at 12:56 stating our table is ready. We were greeted immediately by our server. Our order was put in before 1:05 p.m. We received our five food plates (two omelets, breakfast sandwich, pancakes, French toast) at 1:35 p.m. The food was basic breakfast food. The manager failed to equip the kitchen with necessary staff to get food out within a reasonable amount of time. The cooks are just that, cooks. They are not trained chefs and the food reflects that. Lesson learned. We will go to IHOP before we go here.****edit****The manager and/or owner failed to prepare the kitchen for a normal Sunday of business. They also continued ushering people in, despite knowing they were incapable of meeting service times provided to customers. The employees were certainly overwhelmed, as there was only one server running the floor, to include getting her own drinks. This goes back to a management problem. Either they’re too cheap to staff properly, or people do not want to remain employed here. Either way both customers and employees suffered.
Great basic breakfast. Very good food with interesting twists on classics as well as the classics themselves. No substitutions as per their menu.
We went for a late breakfast. We sat at the bar & service was quick. My wife had Mannito's burrito without a tortilla. I had the blueberry pancake breakfast. My wife said her meal was delicious. Mine was good, but the bacon was a bit salty for me. My wife tasted my pancakes & thought they were great.Well probably go back.
