Came there on a Thursday night for the first time and at first it was kinda empty, mostly older crowd then after a little while it was very crowed with a lot of younger people. I wasn't expecting that since this bar felt like more of a hole in the wall type and it was a Thursday, but it was still nice and the atmosphere was cool. Could of been because it was Cinco de Mayo. The bartenders seemed good.
Great bartender (Jack)and the cook who I don't know her name did fantastic Tacos. The only downside was wow do they get busy for only 2 peo
Definitely a good dive bar. 4 stars for decent food is possible
Magoos is the best bar in Tacoma. It's just the perfect mix of dive but safe, in a good area but very inexpensive and cozy but fun. The bartenders are always good for a laugh and the regulars are especially welcoming. If I'm looking to blow off steam there's nowhere I'd rather go.
The bar tender Jackson severed underage age girls . Not cool with a place that will serve 19 year old girls then let them do coke in the upstairs area. Idk maybe should be more professional.
True home town experience. Everyone is treated like family. And if you like to drink alone that's cool too.
Sweet low-key spot. Great mix of folks. Pool table and chill music. Good place to drink away the parts of the day that you cannot sleep away.
Always a great place to eat, drink and play some pool.
This is becoming one of my favorite spots. Has that neighborhood bar feeling.
Always a great place to eat, drink and play some pool.
