Literally, love this place because of its unique desserts. The restaurant gives Asian/island vibes, well mainly the menu items and workers. My favorite item is the almond joy! Sooo good! They also have customizable options like “create your own”. I haven’t tried any of the drinks yet, but I will get to that! The egg puffs are served fresh and it’s so warm and homey feeling! Definitely recommend this place if, you want ice cream, but different, need something to cool you down during the summer, or if you’re just in the mood for some sweets that you probably haven’t tried before. 10/10 would come back often.
We went for the first time today and the staff was amazing! He let us ask multiple questions and gave us suggestions! Our desserts were wonderful! Our Dragon Lady tea was great! We will definitely be back!
I love bringing people here! The vibe and interior is nice and the people are super friendly who work here! Plus their shorty special bubble waffle is my favorite and they have fresh fruit drinks!
Bubble tea with Boba=5 Stars. Hawaiian shave ice... So I went there for this and absolutely love shave ice most people try to pawn off snow cones as shave ice and the texture was spot on! I was very disappointed though because the shave ice itself tastes like they freeze really bad over mineralized stagnant tap water. It's probably a good thing I wasn't blown away with the shave ice because that would quickly become a problem for my wallet. I'm not 100% it's the ice maybe they wiped the machine down with a dirty rag not sure but the water caused me to eat about 1/3 because I love the texture but couldn't make it passed the taste. Hopefully they can start freezing some like 99 cent gallon filtered water or purchase a filtration system to add to the sink. I'll probably try it again in a few weeks since so many others loved it maybe I had a bad batch but am conflicted.
So so good! This is definitely my new go to for bubble tea and treats. The man working at the counter was really sweet and patient. I’d definitely recommend trying it!
So delicious! We got the Hawaiian shaved ice and the special snow ice. The flavors are yummy and bold. The textures are great! This is our new favorite go to dessert place! We can't wait to try more of the menu!
Nice staff. Very kind. Different type of treats we're used to. Makes me miss Hawaii shave ice. They nailed it! Took me back to happy place, even if was just for few.
First time customer this week. I wanted a Thai Tea and it was delicious! I didn't realize that there was so much else to choose from on the menu. I'm sure I'll be back to get more teas;but maybe I'll venture to try some of the other fun looking beverages they have also...
Their menu is large and you are guaranteed to find something you like. The store is clean and service is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend going here if you find yourself craving something sweet in Tacoma. I had a Hawaiian shaved ice with strawberry, peach and coconut and a sweetened condensed milk drizzle. My boyfriend had What the Fudge: a chocolate puffle topped with powdered sugar, strawberry, chocolate syrup, I've cream and whipped cream. They were both delicious!
I think this instantly became one of my favorite drink/dessert cafes! I've visited a few times and have never been disappointed. If you like bubble teas and dessert drinks, you're probably going to love this place.
