This was mine and my husband’s first time trying this, and it was so delicious!
Nice to find an L&L that makes Mac salad the way it's done back on Oahu. Stop by for a BBQ beef plate or kalua pork any chance I get.
Love the Musubi here! Definitely my go-to place for Hawaiian food.
so freaking good and you get like 3 huge pieces of chicken, two scoops of rice, and macaroni salad for 11.95 before tax in the chicken bbq plate. another favorite of mine is the spam musabi.
Since being in the mainland I can’t go home n get the good grub but this L&L was bomb. Taste just like home 808 style❤️❤️. Def gonna come back next time I’m in Tacoma.
Love this place. Had not been to this one before. Kinda got ignored at first when I was standing at the counter ready to order. But the food was amazing. Lau lau and Kailua pork. Mac salad and spam musubi. Enough for dinner and lunch the next day.
Never ate here before, could use more sauce or trim the fat off the meats, but other than that good. They have catering size portions for events which I thought was cool.
Food is good but they’re TERRIBLE when it comes to the phone. Definitely come in to order and do not expect to be able to call and place an order, I have tried many times and ultimately have to end up going in to order and then wait.
I like the interior. Made me feel like I was going to get that authentic Hawaiian truck stop meal. Unfortunately I didn't eat their food, I ordered moco Loco for my brother. He loved it, but I could tell it was a hit overcooked and dry. He wouldn't even touch the Mac salad, but that's just him. Besides it looking and probably tasting dry, everything was great. Staff was cool, no issues. I could forsure see this place getting a 3 star by some reviewers.
Was just there experienced alright customer service not good by all means ended up getting my food to be greeted with burnt chicken basically all of it drove 20 mins because I usually get good food there not this time will be the last time I come to this location the food is rock hard unbelievable
