I placed an order online, which included a dozen of assorted and a dozen glazed. I waited in the drive-thru line for about 15 minutes, which I was expecting because I always see a long line there, as with most places nowadays. Once I got there, I was told they only had 3 of the requested assorted due to post pandemic fallout, I imagine. Since I was already there, I went ahead and ordered a couple of drinks too. When I got to the window, I was told that the chiller was also not available because the machine wasn't cooperating. Corey, the manager did his best to make it all work and that is who this review is about, not necessarily Krispy Kreme. He was so kind and tried so hard to make me happy, even though they literally only had 25% of what I ordered available (not counting the drink). It was difficult as the order was not actually my choices and was for others who had put in their request. Corey's demeanor and attitude remained calm and kind during this process. We had some small talk while he was trying to fix things and he had mentioned how many hours he had been working over the past few days, so I was even more impressed with his calm and kind demeanor. Kudos to you Corey, for being an example of what customer service has been missing for so many years and kudos to Krispy Kreme for finding such a great representative for their company. As a final result, I was offered a refund and I was thankful for that. My crew was happy too, even though some did not get what they had ordered - I know... it's just donuts lol. It was an ugly situation that turned out fine, thanks to great customer service. ?
Yum! So bad for me, but equally tasty! I limit my visits, for obvious reasons (budget, calories, self- control issues)...This location is clean and respectable. The staff are friendly enough, but they have a Sense Of Urgency which keeps them focused and keeps customers moving == everyone is happier.Definitely will return. ... again and again.
This place is ridiculous! I don’t know how they are still in business. Called them about placing order but it’s too hard for them to take order , you have to do it online .. fine but online I couldn’t for the life of me place order the mothers days special donuts . There was no option to do that. Called back to tell them that. The owner is who i talked to who was coughing up a store and her voice was lost ( barely can hear her ) and yet she is still at the restaurant while very sick . She tells me they can’t take order over phone ??♀️ But I can come in morning from Bonneylake and place order and then wait for the special order to me ready . So we all know there will be no donuts left . Also I was willing to come day prior but they also had no mini donuts :. Almost think they never even made the mini Mother’s Day donuts but made people think that so they come in and end up buying normal glazed .. basically entire time she was rude and totally had no friendly customer service . I don’t know how they are running things there but won’t be surprised if they close down soon Since there’s so many other donut places that are much more friendlier and just as good.
Just transferred into Tacoma for work and this was my first attempt to try Krispy Kreme. One person in the drive through and they were already grabbing their food at the window. Go up, asked if I could wait until they were ready, nonoroblem but odd being the I’m literally the only one in the whole drive through area now. Waited, waited, waited, waited…nothing…so I just pulled through as no customers were there and went to Wendy’s. Unbelievable

Wish they still offer the hot light in the evening. Miss having hot donuts. However, service is always good and donuts are great.
So, it's a Krispy Kreme... we all know the doughnuts are great. What I like about this one is that they let my 5yo come in to use the bathroom even though their lobby is closed. That's a lifesaver when you're a parent.
Fresh donuts ? made daily. Great location and great prices. After eating a donut, you can walk the Tacoma Mall to burn off the donut calories. They can be slammed on busy days but the customer service is amazing.
I ordered a valentines dozen because it looked so cute and yummy but was very disappointed when I didn’t get the cute box and when I asked about it she was very rude. I later opened the box to find only 3 out of 4 flavors and less than 12 donuts. I also found little hairs on every donut. Worst Krispy Kreme experience I’ve ever had. I drove an hour just to cry in the parking lot.
They accepted my online order, then called at the time I was picking up to say they had no mini donuts. So I accepted a regular dozen. Then, the lobby was closed, went to pick up at the window and they said they were out of strawberry. Just close online ordering if you're out of everything.The lady at the window was wonderful though.
