Worst experience with this store. My father went to this store to order a bucket of original chicken. When they got home it didn't look or taste right. He came back to the store and talked to a guy named Chris which he stated he was the manager. He told my father it was original and didn't do anything. So my dad came over to my house. Mind you he's 72 and didn't know what to do. So I called to fix this. Talked with this Chris guy. He told me he remembered him. Told me it was original. I told him if you clearly looked inside the bucket it was clearly dry and burnt. Chris tried to tell me he didn't ask for an exchange. He told me he was a low volume store and tried to make excuses. Asked for the corporate number and he stated he was a franchise. Asked for the owner and refused to give me the number. I had to drive myself and got it exchanged. Don't know who this Chris guy is but does not represent KFC in a good light. Way to take care of your senior citizens. I did take a picture of the chicken but don't know how to upload the picture for proof. Shame on Chris and this place.
I haven't a clue as to what is going on with this store. I do know that even though it's down the street from my house I refuse to go to it!! The crust on the chicken was burnt while the meat was like rubber. What we were served should have been tossed the night before. The biscuits usually my favorite were way overcooked.We had this happen to us on three separate occasions!!
If it's 15 minutes before closing don't even bother they won't serve went through the drive-thru no response on the speaker no visible employees inside. I guess Church's Chicken earned my business.
Rant: Do you have to hide the cold slaw in the box with the hot chicken? Rave: Tenders make a great sandwich topped with cole slaw. I know your tricks!
Chicken wings were fried hard cold. Flesh dry like jerky on the inside. Outside hard a rock. Cut my mouth. Fries were cold and soggy. Whole order wasnt hot. No steam nothing just cold hard dried up wings. $46 for this nasty delivery of 24 fried wings.
The crew working at this KFC are killing it. I’ve seen the same people busting their butts each time I’ve gone to the drive thru. My order is always correct, hot, and ready. I don’t have to wait long either.I’m so thankful to see so many people with a strong work ethic.
Not the most friendly place to be. It takes such long time to get your order and they are slow. I was looking at churchs next to kfc while I wait for my order and churchs lines are moving 3 times faster than kfc. Please retrain your staffs or replace them.
We are visiting from Salt Lake City and these workers made this the best experience we've ever had at a KFC/A&W
I was a shift supervisor for this restaurant for about a year and loved every single day I got the privilege to come to work. I miss my job but I had to move so I left my job behind which I regret everyday.
What a joke says close at 10. I get to the drive thu at 730 to be greed by a guy that works at this kfc to tell me they are closed at 8. I said its 730 he said so..
