Was picking up a UberEats delivery. I waited around in front of the pick up area for 16 mins and no one acknowledged me. Then a lady walks up and asks about her pick up order and the cashier helps her immediately. I was not impressed. I then asked the cashier about my order and she rudely just says it will be awhile. I waited over 30 mins to pick up a order. Not impressed with them at all!
I used the drive thru and ordered a chicken pot pie and some mashed potatoes and gravy. The staff member gave me the total and asked me to pull forward. I get to the window and pay. After I paid, she said it would be a 21 minute wait for the pot pie! I told her I didn't have 21 minutes to wait and told her I don't want the pie. She gave me my money back and walked away. When she came back she asked me if I needed anything else. I said yes, I'm waiting for my potatoes. She said she had refunded the entire order. I told her I didn't cancel the entire order and that I still needed the potatoes lol! It got to be kinda funny. All was well - I got my potatoes! ????
I had a problem online so I called to try to place an order he told me to come to the drive threw When I got there they wouldn't honor my online order. I ended up with dried Out 3 piece meal all white meat which I don't like no receipt so I couldn't prove that I didn't get the cake I ordered. I have been here before and ordered online and this was the worst I have ever had
This KFC is not the best but after many visits I will say it is very consistent with good properly cooked chicken.. thumbs up
Very disappointed in the customer service. There was 6 employees and only one seemed to know what they were doing. The front counter guy was rude and disrespectful
I ordered 2 orders of the boneless spicy chicken breast and when I arrived home opened the container that the chicken came in and behold! About 1/2" of pure redish color grease on the bottom of the container. Is this what spicy sauce is supposed to be like? No, I don't think so! I ended up placing it in the garbage after a few bites! I won't be going back to this location again! Mmmm good it was not!???
Customer service was nonexistent, light on menu board out, and couldn't get a receipt to verify what I was being charged for. This is the worst KFC I have been to in years
Literally worst kfc EVER. Live right down the road and have gone to this place 1x every month for years hoping the food will be hot or at least cooked the same fn hour. NOPE 20x later haven’t got good food 1x. Pathetic. they are to worried about speed and getting cars theew and being the fastest worst kfc in tqcoma. Chicken always old biscuits are always cold and been sitting. Popcorn chicken can’t even eat it half the time.
This place is going to the dogs. No one is home! We ordered an 20 piece meal $52.00 when we got home no sides only 20 pieces of chicken. People please check your orders. Now get this one, i go back in a week for lunch same place i order a 3 piece meal, hold it wait for it. I received a 20 piece meal. Yes i was charged for it and yes i took it back. What the heck.? maybe if it's the case smoke at home not work. Puff puff pass
I like the pot pies they are really good and big. You might want to call and order them they usually don't have to many. But if all else fails Mashed potatoe bowl Now that's comfort food
