there some gritty stuff in my mashed potatoes. I to do everything in my power not to throw up.
Have been to this store many time but these days be ready to heat your food at home bought a gallon of root beer got home maybe 4 blocks root beer was only was half of what I ordered and was warm and flat as hell cold chicken when you pay $25. To $35 dollars for food for a couple of people and have to heat up your food and get warm root beer that’s also flat I should have asked for the owner but didn’t went through the drive thru today nobody in the store and inside dining not open either just close the place down
Very bad service. Went there for pick make me stand on drive thru line for almost ten minutes. Get to the window and they told me to pick up order inside. This not the the first.
This KFC is consistent in one thing and that’s horrible service. It seems to be open whenever it wants and not what it says online or on their door. And when they are open the food is so horrible if they even get your order correct that it’s sometimes inedible and we have to make something else for dinner completely. Tonight our fries were obviously old fries that they just put back in the fryer for a second and served them as fresh. All of our sodas were nothing but soda water and I had a root beer float that was tinted soda water with what can only be described as the tiniest bit of runny “ice cream” on top. I would’ve driven back and dealt with the situation but I feel the workers there don’t have enough integrity to make it right. This location has been in a komakazi like downward spiral for the last 6-12 months and tonight was definitely the last time I’m willing to see if they’ve gotten better. With inflation raising food costs so the price of fast food for a family is over $50 this KFC should be marked off everyone’s list as an option for dinner. I really think they are beyond help and should just abandon the building. Whatever the workers are getting paid is way too much
They got my burger order wrong. It was still delicious, just not spicy.
They were randomly closed at 12 noon on a Sunday and it still lets you place an order online ? anyone even managing this spot?
Very diasappointed with the food today. They didnt have any macaroni made (after 5pm on a saturday night) so I settled for corn and mashed potatoes. Both looked like they had been sitting for awhile and the potatoes were swill!
It's never open don't go here.
I used to love KFC. I went to the KFC on N.Pearl st. In Tacoma twice in the last 5 months. Both times the chicken pieces were dried out and inedible.
Website said opened until 10pm got there tonight at 7:40 they had no chicken because she said they close at 8 . Suoer hungry family now and had 2 guests waiting at home.
