May 8: 2022. I ordered a 4 pc meal with medium drink as I did before some time ago. This time I got a leg, a thigh, a biscuit, and the most hated mac-n-cheese. And was charges $26.80. After a rather unpleasant phone conversation with a man sporting a 'mid eastern accent' was told I would receive $16.48 refund. I think I got through to him demanding a $26.80 refund, he said he would take care of it, and that I should have my reimbursement in five to ten days. We shall see.
This particular branch has really great staff and they are extremely customer centric. They always get you your order in the fastest possible time and are always polite and accommodating.....keep it up guys. .much appreciated
I won't be ordering here again. I don't think you can dry out chicken tenders any more than this. Just gross.
Poor service. We brought the food home and noticed the mash potatoes tasted a sour, and the fried chicken is still pink, it wasn’t cooked all the way!
Very disappointed kitchen looked dirty, food did not taste good,building and establishment old dirty won't ever go there.
Very helpful team lead or manager. The team is doing something right and you can taste it in the chicken!
KFC used to be great but now it seems like they just don't take the time to make it that way.
This is one of the worst restaurants in Washington. They make KFC look HORRIBLE. Rude, slow, unprofessional, unclean AND the manager treats it like a daycare. I swear on everything holy, one of her kids walked up and kicked me in the shin. They also close early or for the entire day more than anywhere else. DONT. GO. HERE. Go to 6th Avenue or Pearl Street.
Extremely slow at this location. Took almost an hour to just get a couple famous bowls with no one there and no other orders they were filling. Will not be coming back to this location
