The drive thru lady was extremely rude. I asked for a side of Hot sauce very politely and she told me no. Save yourself a trip and go to a different kfc.
The drive thru lady was extremely rude. She kept repeating the order wrong and when we finally got the order they forgot the extra gravy and the second side. After spending 47 dollars and getting all the way home it was very disappointing.
My order included six chicken wings which did not come with my doordash order. So I called and asked about the wings and they said they would send them right out on doordash. If I get the wings I will edit my review.
Moldy cheese, there was green growth everywhere on my dish. I took it back and never got an apology either. Don't go here. Who knows how they keep track of chicken
Walk in not open. I don’t understand why business think its ok to do this, probably because the seating it trashed with boxes and garbage. Made me pull up in the driveway to wait despite Thare not being room for other cars to pass.
Cold - stale fries and chicken sandwich. Tastes as if fried in old fish oil as well as having sat for a while. The fries were all broken, gummy and greasy. Also, person taking food out to waiting car handled food with same gloves upon reentering store. I can't imagine germs on the door she touched. I politely mentioned my concerns to young lady at window. Gloves should be changed when touching anything other than food.
This kfc is honestly so horrible, we came through the drive thru yesterday and half of our order was missing. I went back to correct the order and when I went inside 2 employees were SCREAMING at each other, the poor girl at the counter said it was her 2nd day so she didn’t know how to help me, all she could do was listen to her coworkers scream. Once someone finally noticed I was there they gave me the missing items, but unfortunately everything I was given was old and cold so when I came home I didn’t feel like going back AGAIN so instead I called the store. A man answered the phone and told me I could bring my order back, and I told him with the snow and everything I didn’t want to drive back again I’d rather just get a coupon for next time and he said sure then left me on hold for 10 minutes and never came back. Not only was our food cold, it was missing gravy on everything, missing half our items, this place almost ALWAYS misses items and if I don’t check at the window I have to go back.
I came just after 8 PM. I ordered a 3 piece meal white meat. Comes with Mash and Coleslaw. I asked for another small corn. My drink was a coke. When I get home, I only have 2 pieces of chicken but I have an extra large size coleslaw. I just want to say, coleslaw isn't a replacement for chicken. People should check their orders.
Horrible service for large order wanted 45 mins no one came out i called store 5 times busy, then someone picked up hung up finally got a hold of someone and no white me only dark could if had time to cook more 45 mins. Nope only had dark and sorry. If I didn't call i would still be sitting there. Super expensive for dark meat asked for refund had to drive back around to window wait again. Said 45 mins why didn't you say no white meat you charged me. Got refund that still not back in my bank used debit.one hungry family and guest waiting no food. Didnt even offer free meal .Feel bad for the workers who actually are working but communication is free and should of came out and told me. Or made it right.
I didnt get my receipt. So, i think Im owed a refund. Not to mention everything was nasty and inedible. I had to throw it all away.
