We ordered an eight piece dinner the chicken was so greasy that it dripped you could squeeze the grease out there was nothing crispy about it at all it was horrible I called the manager he said bring your receipt come back in and will replace your order I took my receipt went back in and was told they had no knowledge of me whatsoever and they weren’t going to do anything about it in fact they were very rude will never go back
Had to wait for a thigh and a drumstick and a onion rings. No cars in front of me. All chicken was cold and onion rings... luke warm.Insteadof catsup...I got some pappa sauce that I didnot ask for for the onion rjngs....I think. The sauce was too spicey for me.Chicken was ezpensive.
It's greasier than it used to be. It was late. The dude at the window though was so chill and on point. Kfc still has the absolute best coleslaw ever. And yes I know it's not real real slaw...
Went by to get a chicken sandwich it looked tasty but first bite had a fishy taste so pulled the top bun off & smelled like fish as well. They must have fried fish in the same oil. GROSS!! I’m allergic to fish so spent $10 on a meal I couldn’t even eat.
Chicken was overdone, dry.... forgot to check order and leaving out items.... try not to frequent this place to often as this isn't the first time I have had issues.... . I understand it gets busy, but it isn't an excuse not to double check and make sure food isn't overdo e and correctly have orders done... I have worked in restaurants/fast food, so I know it can be done
2 different times that we went to this location we ordered 10 piece meal only got 8.First time it happened I thought it was an honest mistake but it happened twice now .Make sure you are getting what you ordered.
Ordered onion rings instead of fries with my 3 piece Cod fish, was charged extra .80 that never has happened b4. But the rings were cold an old. Had to wait for fish 9 mins so why they wouldn't put down fresh rings is mind boggling to me. This place use to be on point, I guess blame it in Covid like everything thing else. Lol ?
Good food.. but I can get double the amount of chicken and sides from Albertsons, for less than what I pay here.. But KFC chicken is better.. plus you can get A&W here.. Which has the best root beer floats ever
We ordered a cheeseburger and 8 piece chicken strips. The bill was over $30 dollars!!! When we questioned it we were told the chicken was $18.00 and they weren't that good. We should of paid better attention. We will never go back.
In my opinion, the all plant chicken nuggets taste like cotton swabs dipped in over used burnt grease ?. I tookthe rest of my order home after only eating 1/2 of a greasy burnt non meat nugget and gave it to my Dogs. They loved it.
