If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t want to ever eat here again! My first time eating at Jubilee on Easter 2022 around 6:30pm. The girl with the very short hair at the register had a hostile attitude. She informed me that the restaurant was closing in 20 minutes but still proceed to take my order. Very stern when telling me they did not sell bacon along with a long lists of other things as they “weren’t on the menu”. I left without looking in my bag since I only ordered a cheeseburger meal and was the only customer at the time I ordered. I go to eat my burger and there is what seems like scraps of another patty??? On my burger. If this is how THIN your business sells their cheeseburgers then I believe the price should be reconsidered! And I would not chose to ever spend my money nor dine in for this!!! It was thinner than a cheeseburger off the dollar menu at McDonald’s. I usually would go to Burger ranch across the street, but they were closed so I decided to try another reputable burger place. I am upset and am now choosing to do this review being that my burger was basically lettuce and onions and I did not enjoy it… if the woman taking orders and the cook (a guy) did not want to cook my order then she should have turn me away the minute she opened her mouth to me!
I genuinely love the food here. The shakes are pretty bomb and the burgers are wonderful.
It’s funny to read the competing reviews between this place and burger ranch. It’s the equivalent of rating Dive Bars… you’re going for a strong drink, who cares what it looks like or if the bartender was rude to you!!!If you want a killer milkshake, and good crinkle cut fries then Jubilee is the place for you.Service was friendly and welcoming.The fry sauce is killer, order more than you think you’ll need.Will continue to support this place for the nice ladies behind the counter alone!Is it the cleanest? no but, it’s an older joint & its mostly because the people who order out don’t know how to use a trash can and throw their garbage in the parking lot. Humans man.
I just got their simple cheese burger, I live close by and my wife stop there on a walk. The burger was about the size of McDonalds, it was pressed, very thin, did not taste good at all. This will be one and done, a burger that is no bigger, maybe even smaller than a $1.50 to $2.25 burger from any fast food joint when there are at least 3 fast food joints that sell burgers within about a mile. The $1.50 burger was better than this $3 plus burger that didn't even taste like it was all beef. There was nothing good about this place.
Great burgers. The server was polite and helpful since it was my first time she suggested the house special which is the double. I went back two days ina row but the fries were really salty both times but the Burger and milkshake was good. Great burger spot!
I had ordered two cheese burgers with everything on them and received this sad, sorry excuse for food. Not only were the cheese burgers just two buns with cold meat in them but the fries were also cold. The word famous should be removed from the name "famous french fries" because the only thing "famous" about them was how famously awful they were. The only reason i even went ahead and gave this one star was because A. I couldnt go any lower and B. The fry sauce was decent at best.
It's great in that it's a classic local place that's been here for years. But it's not better than burger ranch across the street. Really thick, dry buns with a double burger essentially being a single without much seasoning. It almost tastes like the hamburger was boiled. It's that bland. Ask for lots of sauce or onions to make sure you get the most out of these. Great shakes for what it's worth. Not the best, but still good.
No they don't know how to make food the way people ask for it.. Place is horrible
Really didn't care for it, food was not that good...skimpy menue, 4 flavors of shakes.. Burger Ranch across the street is way better... Good burgers, 20 flavors of shakes including coffee flavor. Lots of sides besides fry's... Way better food.
Third try. Got my order wrong again... Wasted my money. Burgers were wrong. Fries were cold and hard. I can't believe the five star reviews. Obviously those people never visited Jubilee in the past. There's no comparison, not even close.
