Good luck getting any sort of food here. Ever. They're constantly closing their delivery times hours earlier than they're supposed to. CONSTANTLY. One time I placed an online order at 3pm & they called to tell me that my order was cancelled because I had "just missed the window for delivering times" even though their website says they deliver until 8pm ? clearly very understaffed and terribly ran business
So I went to the do business by this location, and decided to order some lunch. I never eat at Jimmy John's so asked the guy who was ringing me up what he liked? He said he orders ( I forgot the number), however it is a Turkey sandwich with cucumbers and he adds peppers. He was so Awesome and so was the guy making the sandwich. I give this location 5 + Stars. The sandwich and service was AWESOME. I called back to tell them that I will be giving them a GOOGLE REVIEW!
ordered online, went in to get it and watched multiple people order, get the sandwich and leave. they hadn't even started mine after ordering 20 minutes prior nobody cares. Service is nonexistent, and definitely not freaky fast!
Not my greatest experience… Not only did the two women behind me get their food before me, but I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for one single sandwich to be made. I also paid extra for more meat and a few additions yet it was never added to my sandwich regardless of the receipt stating the extra items. So much for freaky fast, and an incorrect order that I paid extra for. Pretty disappointing to not be able to get a sandwich right.
Really upset. Ordered my food online and waited over an hour for the order to be acknowledged. Never happened. Never got my food! Canceled on JJ end. Why are you taking orders and canceling them and not notifying your customers? And why is no one picking up the phone? Extremely disappointed.
Last Friday my Boss ordered JJ for the whole department. Very nice of him. Which was 30-40 6 inch subs. When the subs arrived they were very small mostly hard bread with no meat or accessories at all. We all were very disappointed with JJ since the last time he did this a couple of years ago it was great. That is why he picked JJ again. We wont be going to JJ again. I could have done a better job from my fridge. Very disapointed.
Just had the rudest delivery driver from jimmy johns. Was completely rude to me because she did not want to read her delivery instructions. I wasn’t even the customer.
In there this past Sunday & watched them turn away 15 different orders. Said "We can't take any orders because we have 15 minutes to make 50 sandwiches "then our order took 35 minutes, and we also witnessed the blonde haired lady say "Its not my problem. Figure it out" all the while raising her voice at another employee in front of people I'm a manager in retail & just felt like the whole experience was unprofessional & maybe staff could use some coaching vs. turning people away in such harshness?Maybe ask the customers to come back, vs losing business
It says online they are open until 9pm. I called at 7:50pm and it just rang and rang no answer. Tried again at 8pm same thing. I decided to go in and they have a sign on the door that they close at 2pm. What is the point of posting your hours online if you actually close 7 hours earlier than that? Also if that's the case, maybe invest in an answering machine that let's people know you're closed.
“Crazy fast”…try “crazy closed”. Showed up to place a large corporate order at 2 pm on a Monday when their business hours were posted to be open until 9 pm, only to find that the store decided to close early (no reason why, just a piece of paper taped to the door saying they closed). They don’t need your business. Take it somewhere that is interested in actually providing for their customers.
