I got orange dream machine, which tasted EXACTLY like orange cream ice cream (so good) and my daughter got a hidden menu item that tastes JUST like skittles.. This was so good and fresh! The lady was really kind and patient too while we decided :)
Peach pleasure is my top favorite I was sad to see they removed from the menu. However they still make it if I request for it... but have to be triple sure they don't misunderstood it for Peach Perfection
Staff was polite and very attentive to my food allergy and would recommend others to visit Jamba juice for all things smoothies

Staff was very friendly, service was pretty quick.This was my first visit to to Jamba and look forward to coming back.I can say that the Orange Dream Machine shake was very good and exactly what I was in the mood for as I wanted something citrusy, was a little on the sweet side but that is what I was expecting.
Nice people but they don’t close until 9 and already have the orange juicer machine taken apart and put away for the day by 6 p.m. Was going to be my yummy splurge for the day instead of a drink lol!
I have loved Jamba since I first had them a couple decades ago in California.We stop and get a great fresh drink every chance we get.
This might be the slowest Jamba juice I've been to. Their order of operation in my opinion is off.. Maybe they are under staffed but with 4 people in the kitchen and the cashier has to keep leaving to help make drinks which makes the line back up. None and I mean none of these people look happy to work here.Get it together. I will go somewhere else that makes smoothies.

I visit this place daily without wearing a mask and have had incredible service. Today, all the sudden they would not serve me without a mask unlike any other business around Tacoma. The confusion with staff at this store is ridiculous. I walked 100 steps to Starbucks and got lunch without a mask through the same mall the Jamba Juice is located. Wont be back!
