I ordered breakfast,they egg white was not cooked..breakfast sausage croissant..horrible..and with Uber eats it was alot more money to get..not the 1st time with this store
Took a mobile order when the store was closed and wouldn't do anything about it when I asked them.Take your business elsewhereIn response to the request by the business to fill out the form, I did it before posting this review. No response has been received by me, so I've had to file a credit card charge back against the restaurant.
Been here twice now at midnight. Both times drive thru was super slow. I was in the drive thru for a total of 25 minutes.I wanted to order tacos and curly fries but could have neither as they were out. So I ordered a #4 jumbo jack CHEESEburger meal instead. No cheese on the burger and didn't look very appetizing either. I won't try this place a third time. Just too slow.
Went there to pick up an order made online. 5-7 minutes before arrival, I pressed the button that lets the place know to start making my order. I arrive and the place is closed, yet my card is still charged. I’ve gone through the feedback page in order to get a refund and have yet to hear back on that. Might have to dispute the transaction through the bank. I wouldn’t go here. If you’re reading this review, please choose a different spot for your late night munchies.
Every time I go to this certain facility in the evenings, they always say they are closed for drive thru and dine in orders and they are only taking Delivery Service orders. I know something was sketchy today when I repeatedly asked what time they usually started closing down and limiting orders only to delivery services so I can be sure to arrive at a decent time but repeatedly they kept saying "We won't be open until 7am for regular orders" I said 'they' because initially I was talking to a male on the drive thru device first this evening and then a female took over after I asked the first gentlemen 3x the above question. They both gave me the same dodgy response to a very direct question that I was asking them. This has been an ongoing issue at this facility for a long time. I think there is a night shift manager there who does this bc on rare occasions, I am able to get food but successful visits at night are generally 1 out of every 5 attempts.
I ordered through the app & had my food delivered. The Dasher dropped my food off & immediately I knew my order was light. I asked her where the rest of my order was, she shrugged & said "oh idk, that's all they gave me." I said I'm missing more drinks &food & she said "I know the order said 20 items but that's all they gave me." So you didnt even think to read everything in my order & just assumed 20 items would be in the two measly bags you dropped off? So not only did I waste $$ on delivery , I still ended up having to drive out & pick up the rest of my order. I put the blame mostly on the Dasher. I've been a Dasher before & have always made sure every item is there. Because DUH! Jack in the Box was able to fix the issue but I'm still mad I couldnt reply to that person & let them know they need to find another side hustle. To JOE S, if you're seeing this, DO & BE BETTER. I almost gave you an extra tip (literally had it in my hand & was about to give it to you) but your demeanor & lack of care for my order made me thankful that I didn't.
I am currently stuck in your drive through. Been sitting here for 35 minutes haven't ordered yet. Apparently the intercom is broken so they are taking all the orders at the window and processing us 1 at a time. They should be taking our orders and having us park in the lot and running the food out to us or have someone come out and take our orders. If I had know this I wouldn't have came here there is no way I would wait this long stuck with my car running burning gas. This is extremely rude and unprofessional way to treat your customers I feel trapped right now and the only place you indicate a problem is on the sign.
Very disappointed. My husband andI went last night(Monday) through drive thru. Service was very slow. Almost 10 minutes for onion rings,small shake and fries. Almost $15. Way overpriced for the quality. Won't be back.Also, very unfriendly staff.
Sandwich came out a little on the cold side, fries were hot and fresh and they aren't stingy with the sauces you want to enhance your meal. I'd go back again.
Pull up to the drive-thru and was told that unfortunately we are taking Uber eats and Doordash orders right now. Okie dokie take my business elsewhere in other words . No problem next time put a sign up so I'm not boxed in by delivery drivers. Smh
