Jack in the box you need to shut down this place again because do not want us to come in to order food and sit down in this beautiful dining room area that you guys made. They said they are on an open at 8:00 a.m. or 10:00 a.m. depends on their mood. Are they afraid they're going to get attacked by homeless people zombies well then hire a guard
Not even a star but it made me pick [email protected] least 1st off my sour dough jack looked like a elementary school lunch hamburger My bread was not even toasted like it’s supposed to be only a slab of one bacon in it oh and to top it off my two shakes I ordered were melted by time they got everything together ..My spicy chicken sandwich didn’t have the added onions I asked for horrible service there
Never serving when i try every week after work in the evening(11:30pm). Always an issue, either the system is down or only doing online pickup/doordash. What kind of business is being run? You are an absolute neighborhood disappointment. I have even left a message for a manager to call so that I can understand the apparent bad luck that i have had for more than 10 visits now. Guess what.... no manager courage to call back. Paid for nothing i guess.
Every morning I stopped by this place, there is always something wrong, for example, short staffed, so they cant take any order, or theyre out of cheese for rhe patty melt, and the computers are down. ???Dont want to recommend it to anyone, not even to an enemy
This has got to be the slowest Jack in the box that I have ever been to. Three cars ahead of me in line and it has taken over 28 minutes and I still have not been able to order. They're typically very rude and the place is always dirty with a lot of homeless people hanging around. I do not feel safe coming to this Jack in the box. It's funny that the previous responses from the owner directly to the customers state that you should never wait that long in line and that they will step up their game. That was over a month ago and here we are still. I have come to this Jack in the box for almost 15 years and the service has declined year after year. Maybe a new store manager????
I would love to be able to give a current review, but since I work crazy hours and don't tend to order food till late night, I never know if I'll be able to order at this location. I can't remember the last time it was open to drive up customers after midnight. If I stop by between midnight and 5am, when we pull up to the window we are told that they are only accepting mobile orders, door dash or Uber eats, or that they are closed for maintenance. A majority of the open late night or 24 hour drive thru fast food places in Tacoma/Lakewood are the exact same, unless you're ok with paying a lot more to get it delivered you are out of luck finding somewhere to eat till 5am, so employees that get off work after 10 or 11pm are screwed.
Worst service I have ever had at a Jack in the box, all the employees do is jaw while you're at the window I was in line for over 30 minutes, there were only three cars ahead of me and none of them had a big order we waited forever. For the little 25 Taco thing biggest joke I've ever seen I'll never ever go back to that Jack in the box you were wasting your time there it's the slowest place I've ever been can't believe you'd even think about going there!
Super nice staff!! On a night where very few places were open due to snow, this family with a toddler was very grateful for the friendly faces and hot food via drive-thru. Worth a short wait.
They didn't have their card reader working so I worked with them to get as close as possible to a solid amount in cash. I bought an extra fry so it wasn't bad, but it worked out positively and my curly fries were fresh fresh.
The worst service I have ever gotten, there was a bald guy all full of tattoos especially around his kneck drive thru got my simple order all wrong. Very bad attitude looked all confused took almost a 1 hour wait with only 5 cars ahead of me. My order was sloppy packed and stale. I will never go back here ever again. If I can give no stars I would definitely give a negative -10 stars.
