A very courteous young person helped me get my food and helped me get back on the road. Typically, I set my expectations lower for fast food chains. I was surprised at the genuine friendliness of this particular individual. Thank you for a very positive experience. I hope that ALL Jack in The Box's bring a similar experience, if I should ever choose to visit again.

I really wanted this to be a 5 ?. Unfortunately, one of the times I went, the young lady at the window completely ignored me. I'd waiting through 2-3 closures, just to patronize someone rude?We waiting, because we thought you were still having talk box iissies.A few days earlier, The young man that assisted me before her was EXCELLENT!Please do better, I want to patronize you establishment.Thanks!
Hadn't eaten lunch at 3:00 so decided to stop on there after leaving Crescent Moon Gifts just down the road. Ordered the Fish sandwich combo. Unfortunately they were out of all soda. All that was left was unsweetened tea and shakes. I ordered a strawberry milk shake but found they charged me extra for it. If they were out of everything else, they should give me the shake at the same cost as a reg meal. Not charge extra.
Very overpriced for substandard food! I was charged for a drink I didn't get. The Chicken was Dry, the heel of the Bun was Hard & Dry. There was only a "dab" of some type of Condiment on the sandwich. Tried to call to talk to a manager but Phone Isn't accepting calls. Won't go Here again!
Burger was old. I doubt it is the fault of the workers, it is probably the owner. I should have read the reviews before going here. It's fast food but come on you shouldn't be serving old burgers to customers.Edit**I went back and they did fix the issue but that is extra time in the day.. the employees were nice. Next time just throw out the burgers if they have been sitting too long... Obvious isn't so obvious anymore
Just went in the drive thru and saw a sign saying that the monitors weren’t working inside and to be patient I waited for 15-20 mins and didn’t get a response drove to the window and they said that I have to drive back around because they didn’t take my order they were laughing and just stared at me and said that everything was working. The employees are not even wearing a mask and just sitting down eating and talking to each other there instead of serving the costumers
Food was too greasy and we were overcharged. Tried to talk to people who works there, no luck. Mathematics class would be appropriate for workers.
Closed always at night even when they claim to be open, what a waste of a trip. On top of that the drive through is most often wrong.. CHECK YOUR ORDER!
This location isn't bad but, they definitely need more employees. If you are looking for a job, please apply.
