I ordered a number 5 meal… I completely lost my appetite and my money!! I said no onions, they denied all veggies
Recent visit had me surprised.. the food was hot and fresh and the staff was friendly. Very pleasant change from my previous reviews. What ever changes they've made has me happy. It was such a pain in the butt driving to the one on Tacoma mall blvd when those one is directly across the street from me, hopefully this change lasts.
Drive thru was a little faster that usual, which was nice, since covid hit its seem that all fast food drive thru services have increased the way times substantially.My order was hot, and correctly made. I will go to this JIB again.
The worst Jacks in Tacoma. Staff are always rude and the food is not the best. I prefer the one on Tacoma Mall Blvd close to 56th. Much better service, staff are always polite and the food is good, like someone took care to make it not just cook it. I actually do not recommend this location.
Jack in the box does either a BATE AND SWITCH or it's FALSE ADVERTISING! Why? Every time I go they don't have the tiny taco box. I have been there NINE(9) times and it doesn't matter when you go. Tonight 1.29.22 I was told by a guy in Jack in the box that they don't order enough tiny Tacos to do the boxes because they don't have the budget. Then why in the HELL do you have it in your menu??So let me ask you . . . What do you call it??This way they can charge you $4.39 for the 15 pieces, when you could get ten(10) more tacos for only 61 cents more. Then as I was telling them this is A BATE AND SWITCH some girl just closed the window on me.We pay enough money on the price hikes and don't need to be lied to! This is the Jack in the box on Pacific and 56th in Tacoma.
I like a greasy taco like the next guy but these two say in the deep fryer a bit too long. The shells were too crispy and the content very greasy. But will I be back? Sure.
The other night I was literally in the Drive-Thru for about 35 minutes. The only reason I waited that long was it was for a customer of mine. Had it been for my own use I would have left 25 minutes before that. There was absolutely nothing fast about this fast food, and my customer complained that they had forgotten to seal the rest of their order in with the package. So even after all that I still look bad because of these guys. guys don't waste your time or money here, just a humble opinion of somebody who had to sit there for 35 minutes, twice, because of their mistake.

Great food but the prices are getting out of control. If I'm going to spend that kind of money I'm going to go to a regular restaurant or I can be waited on. A lot of times coming to these Jack in the Box restaurants and they are being closed in the middle of the night when they are and always have been 24 hours.
They forgot an order of my churros, so they fixed it & gave me 2 orders which was nice but THEY WERENT COVERED IN SUGAR AT ALL?? How do they forget that. Here’s a photo of them with no sugar vs with sugar. I would like a refund or credit towards a free meal because this is ridiculous, I also waited forever for my food. AND MY TINY TACOS ARE STALE!! Like super stale, I also got the double bacon breakfast sandwich & it has 3 measly slices of bacon
