I checked online to see if this Jack in the Box is open this morning and it says it is, so i drove there and found a big can of tin in the middle of drive thru. Why did it say they were open?
For the last 2 years I've been driving to this jack in the box rather then going to the one that is right across the street from me. Why, because I get my food it's HOT and exactly what I ordered. Unfortunately this visit my food wasn't HOT like it normally is (I do go there more then I like to admit) but 2 years no problems I think I can cut them a break lol.
This is the closest place to the Tacoma dome. Surely they would understand they would get a rush late night over the weekends just about every weekend.But when they do it's - "unless your door dash we can't serve you"Which sounds a lot like "I'm to lazy to deal with a rush late night so we're gonna turn everyone away instead of doing our job"Yes it's 2am.But you're night shift. You have it easy, you can deal with a single rush. There was 3 people inside, 10 cars outside. That's one person to take an order, 2 to fill it. Ain't that hard, they just didn't want to do it.Either staff more people for weekends to deal with rushes, or just get some workers to balls up and deal with a rush.

I ordered 50 dollars worth of food and it was ready quickly, and super hot when I got it. The guy running the drive through was funny. 10/10 fast food experience.
I don't understand why the stores dont know about the jumpin jack splash. It's a special drink that you can only get at jack in the box. But none of the stores know anything?
Jack has evolved. The menu has expanded. The food is great and made to order. No sure if all locations are experiencing the same, but this particular location seems to have a supply issue. There are often menu item not available. There is not walk in that I have noticed, so no bathroom access.
The young man who works the drive up window should get a raise!! He is friendly, courteous and he makes my day! Good for him!!
Please acknowledge your team who worked at 8 p.m. tonight! They were all fantastic, especially the girl running the window :)
