Jack in the crack gets 1 stars for their oreo milkshake and curly fries. That's it.So here I am 435am at 1 of the only 24hr joints in Tac, lights on, drive thru menu lights on, and 1 single cone in front of the drive thru...not even all the way in the middle of the lane either [clearly someone tried to do the same thing before me]. Not even a damngg sign on the door or drive thru window. And what do u know, 3 or 4 workers sitting in the lobby with their heads down on the table! This is concerning and wrong not only because of what they are doing and how they r representing the restraunt but because u r advertised as 24hrs and your employees are closing your restaurant down which in turn is losing the company money ? oh let's not forget the lovely gentlemen who started to sweep the lot after I was waiting there for a bit. He said "they" are closed. I asked what about the 24hrs and he yells as he is walking away, inconvenienced, I DONT KNOW and said he has absolutely nothing to do with it and that they are closed. Cool [i will give it to him for actually putting in work ?] End rant. But seriously jack n box, get u some employees that actually deserve a pay check ?
I’m here on Saturday, April 9. Just so a manager can see the time It’s 3:38 PM. I went to your front door and of course it was locked. I went to your drive-through and politely asked for a breakfast jack and large Coke half diet and half regular. The person at the microphone just said “no”. I honestly thought I had mis-heard her so I just said I’m sorry I can’t hear you. They simply repeated “no”. As you can see from my numerous reviews around the country I don’t really post bad reviews. This one just left me a bit shaken. I know customer service has become terrible but whoever this person was gave No explanation no offer of anything different just “no”
It says 24 hours and came before 2am and waited for a while at speaker. One person was at window and got food. No one answered. Went to window and no one was there. Saw someone's head in back and did honk once and never got response so left to go someplace else which sucks because I really wanted the tacos
My order was complete and hot. I was in and out and got great service. I do wish they would bring back the original buns but obviously I still choose to eat here
Pretty disappointing not be able to dine in their lobby. Drive thru line is way to time consuming at the Jack's in my neck of the woods. Haven't enjoyed their food In almost 2 years.
Keep tryna go here but they are no longer 24 hrs. They close at 10pm (exactly when I get off work!). You could at least update your online info to reflect current hours ...Lucky for me, JitB on 6th is open when they say they are
???? Very slow service, this is by far the worst Jack in the Box I've visited. The worst thing is that it had like 10 employees inside with no customers dining in and no cars on the drive thru except for mine ???? why would they take so long ???? I will definitely NOT go back to this specific Jack, sorry. (18 minutes wait by the way) for one ultimate combo.
It was actually pretty good... good was warm, what I ordered and drive thru was pretty fast. Just remember that quality of food can be optimized by being polite.
It's alright, not the best Jack-in-the-box, but definitely not the best. Usually great staff. Good if you work late and nothing else in the world is open.
Not open at night even though it says they are. Don't know if people were just doing fire watch or if nobody was there. Light were on 12/10/21 4:00 am
