I would NOT recommend this JIB. Drove in today (04/30). Sat at the order speaker for a few, then a high, squeaky voice came on and mumbled something incoherent. I kept saying to please repeat it. After about 4-5 minutes, squeaky came back and said that they were not taking orders. I wish you had placed some kind of sign so people would see it. This isn't the first time. The lady with the very long nails (if she's still there) can't seem to get an order correct. My teeth are a bit sensitive, so I order my drinks without ice. I can count on 1 finger the numbers of time its been correct. Look, I know it's frustrating,, and hard, and I understand some of the attitude, but this store continually baffles me. It's my opinion that this store and employees really gave up. No courteous smiles,no friendly chats at the window, just lackluster service and badly prepared foid
I went in today at 1:30 for lunch through the drive-thru and was told we are only serving Uber eats and doordash come back in an hour because we are taking a lunch. Not only did this happen today but it also happened last Saturday around the same time I will never give business to Jack in The box again I work here in the neighborhood and I know it's rough but for god sakes you guys serve lunch.
I do eat at Jack's because if you are a late night person and you want fast food it is the only place that will serve you without being from door dash or some other food delivery service so go ahead on over get yourself an affordable meal late night

BE WARNED:Unless you want food poisoning, be very very careful at this location!! Purchased an ultimate breakfast sandwich meal. Something was way off with the sandwich and hash brown. Our kid took one bite and said sandwich tasted bad, so my husband to took one bite. He immediately gagged and spit it out. I wasn't going to try it but did smell it and there was rotten egg or some spoiled ingredient smell for sure. I went back and warned employee about unpalatable food. Told them something was "very wrong" and to advise manager. Employee advised me " oil was just changed". Dubious about that. Either there is some food spoilage of stuff in freezer or food was contaminated. One has the expectation for safe food but this place is scary. Hope my kid doesn't get sick, but if he does, I'll be talking to corporate AND an attorney. Just the worst experience ever. Update: Did file a complaint with corporate about this December 2021 visit and got a boiler plate auto reply. Not sure if anything was done or not. My review stands. Would not ever go back to this JITB location. Food is not safe to consume!
This is officially the first time I've ever left a one star review. I came here on December 29, 2021 for an ultimate breakfast sandwich combo. The service was mediocre at best, but I don't necessarily nark on places with poor customer service since I care more about the food. So once given my food, I was disappointed to find my sandwich was warm in the center but ice cold on the outside like it was nuked in the microwave even though we were the only ones in line. Now I know this is a fast food restaurant, so the fact that the sandwich was cold wasn't the end of the world. However, what I find unacceptable is that I found a hair in my sandwich and when I took a bite, I had to spit it out from the rancid taste. I even had my partner taste it just to be sure it wasn't just me and they spit it out as well. I don't know if it was the oil they cooked it with or if the eggs had gone bad or something, but it was absolutely foul tasting. I came here for edible food and I can assure you, what I was given was inedible. Please avoid this location if you can.
I shared my story already me and my girlfriend stopped at Jack in the box on Saturday night around 11:00 pm and ordered a Oreo milkshake and a Jr jack in the box burger a young mixed kid was working he apologized for the shake being watery we ordered it with no wipe cream so he got another one with no wipe cream after drinking it I became very sick and threw up for 3 hours it's been 2 days and I'm still not right yet and consulting my attorney about the action to take next. People put their trust in fast food restaurants that they get clean safe food when making a purchase from them not what I got.Charles and kris
I DoorDashed Jack in the Box for lunch today had a mixed experience. My sandwich was missing the extra burger patty I ordered but they got the no sauce and extra bacon correct. The curly fries weren’t as good as I know they can be. They were cooked a bit unevenly. But they made up for it by throwing in an unexpected egg roll and breakfast burrito. I had never had a Jack in the Box egg roll and it was unexpected delicious.
Be careful with this location! We just came from their drive thru and before leaving my husband asked for his card back…she insisted she put it on the clipboard and that he took it off! We looked everywhere and did not find it…when he was about to back up and see if card fell, all of a sudden she has card and says “card fell down there” while looking down on ground! And she tried to hide it behind all the receipts after she literally double checked it. How in the world was she able to bend down and over the window to get a card on the ground! Wow! She even gave us attitude because we wouldn’t leave without our card!
I stopped there early in the morning to grab breakfast for the kids before school. Ranicia was very friendly and caring. Usually it's an order and pick up like any fast food link out there. It was refreshing to get a small town vibe from her. Food was great BTW.
