Ordered in Yelm on way home but order was wrong so ask to get it fixed at this location since it's closer. Was told no because it would count against them and they didn't make the mistake. So it's more important to look good on the books than through customer service. One burger was all I wanted to exchange. Thanks for the great service.
They refused to sell a diabetic with really low blood sugar food claiming they only do door dash orders....and got trapped in drive through while the door dash drivers in front and behind me took so long to get untrapped that I ended up passing out trying to make.it somewhere else for sugars... my car is damaged but luckily no one was injured besides me. I can only hope you get the same treatment you gave to me if you ever have a medical emergency.
Website says you close at midnight, I was there at 11 and was in line for a bit. There were employees inside when I got there. When I got to the ordering screen, i waited and waited and nobody responded. I drive around and saw the building was empty and the parking lot too. It was 11:15, all the employees left without telling me or the other cars behind me that they were closing.
This place is redicilously slow and always out of main ingredients like chocolate syrup for shakes.... I waited 16 mins at the speaker box to make an order and then they were out of shakes which was all I wanted...waste of my time and yours
I had a good experience. Woman at the window was exhausted but keeping it together ?. She was sweet and made my night.
I ordered 3 cheeseburger munchie meals and none of them had patties in them. And the tacos had so much red sauce they were uneatable.
For being understaffed they still manage to get the orders out in a timely manner. My only complaint is the drive thru needs some TLC cuz I drive a jacked up Jeep TJ, and it's pretty ruff , I've been off roading with less bumps.
They are never open in the early morning for breakfast. Their system updates for about 2 hours.... this is just a bs excuse. Why do they say open 24hrs when they are not.... unacceptable
What a joke only place open 245 am and they said they aren't making anything for 20 min waited in the parking lot next door came back and same thing Jack in the box if you read this hire some people that actually want to work not these flakes very disappointed
I get off work at 3 in the morning and jack in the box is the only thing open but every time I go their system is always down. I believe they are just lying because they don’t want to work. If your not going to serve food in the am what’s the point of being 24 hours. And on another note you should hire new workers because the ones you have now are wasting your money thank you and have a nice night.
