They don't even deserve one star worst fish pieces like a child meal I'd never go to another ivars every time lately last four times had worst experience low grade customer service and just unprofessional unethical cooks don't waste your money around Pierce County the one in downtown Seattle is way better
I give 5 stars for overall greatness for many years, but do have to comment the fries were kinda soggy and maybe not quite done the last 2 times. Fish was awesome as always!
I live Ivar's but didn't know any were in Tacoma. Glad I stumbled upon this gem. Clean interior friendly staff. Across the street from Tacoma Community College next to Rite Aid. They have a coke freestyle machine, very handy for those of us that like to mix our own sodas. The clam basket and a cup of chowder is still the best lunch.
I haven't had Ivar's in years!! I brought a friend in with me who had never been there before. She really loved it!! Great experience.
I always had a great experience here. I usually get the 5 piece fish and chips combo and sometimes with the famous chowder they sell here. Great food.
We split a 5 piece fish & chip combo. Plenty for two. Cod and fries were hot and tasty. The side of coleslaw helped cool things down.
We love it! I grew up in Seattle with Ivar's as the go to place for fish and chips. So it was a natural shift to a Tacoma location. The food was brought to the table by a staff member, and everyone was very nice at this location. There is a drive-thru if inside dining doesn't fit the bill.
Love Iver's all ways great.Only they are still asking for masks.The CDC and the fed has taken away all masking.
The people here were very friendly and the food was good. What can I say, good people make a real difference.
I had the 3 piece fish and fries..The fish very good..The Fries were okay.Thought the cost should of been 9.99 but it was 14.00So not too bad. It was filling.
