as a server, i understand their struggles, but overall, i wouldn't really recommend their curbside pickup. i only ordered two items on the website, came right before pickup time and called, and they said on the phone they'd run it out right after finishing something, which is completely fine... but then 10 minutes go by and I don't get like any text messages or see anyone so I just call again to check. Not that long of a wait so really not a big deal, but when they answered again they were just like there's still a few items missing...so I asked how much longer it would be, because you know, estimates ? and they were just like .. "i don't really pay attention to that stuff" and then i waited another 10 minutes and it was finally done so, again, not much of a wait, but 20 additional minutes can be a big deal to people in a crunch, so do with that info what you willoverall just really average ihop service i guess but the worst part was getting home and seeing that they didn't even put the cream filling in the crepes at all? and the omelette was like completely lopsided and had almost no filling.just really unsatisfied with my curbside experience , wouldn't recommend to anyone from this location.
I go to IHOP every month on the 1st. Today was my only bad experience. All the servers there could hardly speak English, it took over an hour to get served a simple waffle order for 2, when it came, it was cold, and the butter was frozen. The strawberries and whipped cream was minimal, and there are only 4 choices for favored syrup. Costing 35 bucks! These people should be prosecuted for profiteering.
The waitress was rude and slamming plates down on table. Bad customer service
Long wait. Messed up my egg order, wanted medium done and got them completely not cooked at all. Just goo. Really disappointing meal for that, and even overheard others getting the wrong orders.Server was very nice though. Good service, assume cook staff doesn't do a good job.
The food was pretty good overall but the service was absolutely terrible. We waited 10 minutes to be seated after multiple staff members had walked passed us. We finally got seated and someone took our drink order. Then a different waitress took our food order. We never had the same person bring us our order. After we had eaten we waited for 20 minutes to have our check brought out to us and it never came. We had to go up to the front and wait another 20 minutes for someone to help us. Never coming back
Hostess looked right at us as we came in and proceeded to talk to other waitresses as we waited in an almost empty restaurant for 20 minutes. One waitress was fighting and yelling in front of every one seated, she even yelled at a customer because he didn’t hear her correctly & you can see the other waitresses were tired of her. Food was decent but service was awful, one waitress especially.
We had to wait 30 mins when the restaurant was empty. It took 5 minutes for the waitress to ask for our drinks after we sat down. We knew what we wanted and she walked away to take someone else drink order. We left; I'm not giving my money to somebody who is so disrespectful.
The food is good eating in but when ordering for pickup or delivery it's always half cold by the time I get it. Makes sense with delivery but not with me picking it up myself. Also the first time this week they forgot the sausage to a kids meal and the second time they forgot my side salad, gave me the ranch but not the salad.
Food was relatively….. good. The service was in complete disarray, everything was disorganized and late to the table, food either cold or undercooked. Even a simple request for strawberry syrup was a failure. Instead i got dried out strawberry juice that barely had any flavor.. i dont think I’ll be coming to this specific establishment for awhile…
My family has been coming here for years, but it's been awhile! Service was great, our waitress was amazing, patient, & accommodating! Thank you for all your hard work!
