Food was ok, nothing to write about. I was however sad because not a single person smiled that day. What a sad place to work. It's service, food and hospitality and not the hostess or waitresses and waiters smiled. No introduction or hi good morning. I understand everyone has a bad day BUT no one was smiling. Management or owners need to speak joy into their people.
Thank you for the great service Phea! It’s always a pleasure coming in and seeing you. Coming in early mornings and seeing you handling the door to online orders to attending your tables and seeing how well you’re able to manage is astounding. Other staff is usually very friendly and food comes out quick and hot! Love this establishment highly respected and strongly recommend.
Ate at this location with my family tonight and was pleasantly surprised with the outstanding food and service we received. Our server Ayasha was very sweet and made sure we has everything we needed and more. The food was great and came out hot and perfect! Thanks for a good dinner & great experience
First time trying this location. It was 2:00pm, got a table right away. My husband had breakfast and I had lunch. I had the classic burger. It was very good, and juicy. Our server, Ayasha, was very friendly and checked on us several times. Looking forward to returning
Food was not very good. Eggs Benedict was very gross. Soggy English muffin and Hollandaise was thick and chunky tasted bad. CFS was over cooked. Granddaughters kid cheeseburger had a dried old bun. Daughters Breakfast burrito had barely any eggs. one very small piece of bacon. Very disappointed
Everything was great. The food was good and the waitress was attentive and nice. The thing I didn't like is that one cook and one waitress are the only staff they had. Those people were working themselves to a frazzle with grace. Whoever manages this location on Mildred across from TCC should be fired. That is no way to run a business or treat loyal staff members.
Waited at the front door, to be seated for 20 minutes. We were never greeted by any workers. There was also another family that was waiting for 5 minutes longer than us. We all left and went somewhere else! We will never go back.
We went to the restaurant to have breakfast and my partner is high risk for the Covid variants. None of the waitresses or bus boys had their mask on properly. Either their nose was hanging out or they didn’t have it covering mouth or nose at all. We addressed this with the manager who seemed to take it very lightly and there was no change in the staff at all. They all kept wearing it the way they wanted to or not wearing it at all.Breathing on our food and on us, very disrespectful and shows they care about no one but themselves. Will never eat there again!
