Five times in 1 month I've come in and spent $50 on average per ticket for lunch.. you charged me $1 for NO ICE in my drink one time which cost you me as a customer for life.. next time inform somebody that you're going to charge them for no ice and ask them if that's okayA week ago I got charged a dollar for two side sauces that were the small ones not the large ones today you gave me the large ones because I insisted on it since I was paying $0.50 each.. I understand the need to make money but be honest about it.
Plenty of vegan options and you have to get a boba tea in their unique to go cups!! If you're getting Pho you may want to consider getting your noodles on the side as the broth is so hot they can become overcooked before you're done eating :)
Had the spring rolls and a sandwich. A little thin on the meat and heavy on the veggies. Counter service on the visit, which is not a problem. Good friendly service with limited but clean inside.

I love love this place. I wanted to write another review. This is one of my top 3 Pho places in Tacoma. However there broth isn't always consistent. Some days it's amazing (knock your taste buds out) then at other times it seems like the Pho broth wasn't cooked long enough. Which isn't true because traditional Pho is cooled for very long hours so you can get that great amazing flavor. Regardless of the inconsistency still a top Pho place in Tacoma. Go check it out and enjoy some great Vietnamese Pho. They don't have a big variety of other dishes. However the chicken wings...phenomenal and on Wednesday buy one order and get other free. These were the BEST chicken wings I have EVER had. No joke, I am legitimately surprised that this place is not packed with people. The place is in a sketchy location, but let me tell you..... SO WORTH IT! Get the fish sauce chicken wings!
I am huge fan of their wings and bàhn mi. Finally decided to try the Brisket Pho. In my opinion, it was pretty bland. BUT the bàhn mi was delicious, as always. I'll stick to that and the wings. Service was good and speedy.
This place is amazing from all the drinks to the pho to the best banh mi I have had in a long time!! Love this place and will keep coming back!

Great Pho and Thai tea. The Banh Mi Nam is good as well! And the staff is pretty friendly.
