Omfg what's better than divine. These cupcakes are more magical than just cake. The women who work there are very sweet. I am dreaming about returning and eventually trying every cupcake. I had the strawberry cheesecake and I literally can't stop talking about how great it was

Visiting the area after being gone for some time and decided to stop for some sweets. Hello, Cupcake has not lost any quality or friendliness. Very nice variety of flavors even later in the day.
I've gone a few times and always enjoyed the cupcakes. Recently, however, I ordered cupcakes for my daughter's birthday. I noticed right away that the size of the cupcakes had gone down considerably. I was not expecting that but it was the day of and the cupcakes were still nicely presented.The frosting has anyways been on the heavy handed side, which was fine with the larger sized cupcakes but with the newer smaller sized cupcakes, the frosting was overpowering and the cupcake itself was drier than usual.
My family and I have been coming her for some years now, we’ve enjoyed the cupcakes every single time and have had no issues with them at all.
Nice sweet treat. I loved that you can get mini cupcakes instead of big ones. Nice to have size option. Not overly sweet just perfect
Customer services was the worst ever. The person at the counter was so rude. She even rolled her eyes to me for asking a question then proceeded to answer rudely. I walked out and told her to forget my order. I don’t see why I have to pay to be treated so disrespectful. I will not go there ever again!UPDATE!The owner contacted me and apologized. That says a lot. Thank you for listening to your customers. Because of this I have changed my rating from a 1 to a 2 1/2. I hope that everyone can share his view on how to treat others specially customers.
Cupcakes pretty good, customer service horrible. My wife I went here in the morning January 2nd.The girl at the counter was really rude and does not belong in a customer facing role..

Hello Cupcake delivered 200 assorted delicious cupcakes on time and in perfect condition for my special event. As ordered, each cupcake in its own clear carton. I printed labels for each to ID the flavors. Looked lovely and covid safe. The cupcakes were a hit. And thank you, Megan, for help with the ordering and with the special decorations that we requested.
