A warm greeting followed by a delicious breakfast. The flavors were not typical; fragrant, earthy, and rich. I had the omelette, minus the goat cheese, with the rustic toast and the incredible potatoes.
We enjoyed our breakfast here. However the cinnamon roll for $7 was a huge disappointment. It was very stale, I guess our dogs enjoyed it. I would have preferred our waitress to tell us they were not fresh. Why feature it on your menu which said “as big as your head”. Which it was more like a hockey puck. Our meals were above average and presented nicely. My $4 coffee was not worth $4.
This place was AMAZINGI got biscuits and gravy with hash browns smothered in a sage sausage gravy. My wife got stuffed French toast with berries and bacon. We live 2 hours away but we will be back for more. The portions are huge service is great and price more than fair. Sorry I didn’t take pictures
Americana! Great local restaurant. Easy to find, great service, plenty of options on the menu, portions were just right, great value, and Bloody Mary's were terrific! Parking was a little tough on a Sunday morning, but we will absolutely visit them again!
One of the best breakfast places in Tacoma, everything is cooked to perfection. Multiple trips are recommended, there is so much to try. The bloody mary was spicy, filling, and on point!
I ordered the biscuits and gravy and it was a very nice serving of food and it comes with a side. The gravy was well seasoned and the biscuits were cooked amazing first time being here but it definitely won’t be my last
Our server, Big Mike was new but I really couldn't tell. Great friendly service from the entire Staff. I was really impressed with how fast our order came out and the food was GREAT!
So awesome. French toast w berries and Cubano Benedict were truly magical & amazing. Price was perfect. Thank you Chris and the kitchen team. This made our day.Come and get some…
I’ve been going to the Harvester for years, since I was a kid. It was sad when they had to close due to the pandemic for sometime. They were awesome before they closed. So I’m not sure what happened when they reopened, but they should think about investing in another cook.My daughter and I came here on 1/15. She had french toast and fruit, I had pancakes, eggs and bacon. Everything tasted like absolutely nothing. Well, actually, the pancakes tasted like cooked flour. I tried my daughters french toast, and that tasted like absolutely nothing as well lol.Like I said, great restaurant over the years. But they should get a cook who knows how to cook. Not just mix things together, put it on the griddle to make it hot and serve it. For a $30 breakfast meal for one adult and a 7yr old, I expected a lot more than blan flour tasting food.
We were so sad when they were closed! On a whim we googled if they were still around and so surprised when it said they were open that we went in to have breakfast right away. This is mine and my wife’s favorite place to go because the food is good, along with the atmosphere and service. Chris was our server and we have had her many times in the past. It was so nice to see a familiar face and to have that Harvester experience that my wife and I love. Guess we will have to reinstate our weekend breakfast dates with you guys!
