The experience was terrible. I did not enjoy the unprofessionalism I experienced well in the store.
Food is really dry… took a couple bites and had to put it down… also my girlfriend got chicken teriyaki and they gave her one sauce cup for all of her chicken and rice.. the chicken teriyaki was plain and gave us one small container of teriyaki sauce lol… better off going to a non chain like teriyaki spot
Chicken was dry, just very dry. I couldn’t even finish my plate if I really tried, which I did really try too. Okay rice, only reason it’s a 2 star. Just not good- go to happy teriyaki in fife- they have bigger portions anyways.
We've been coming here since my kids were little. The service and owner is the sweetest! I feel like she's family! Kids are now in their 20's and we still go here. Oh, and the food portions and taste is good...they have sushi too!
This place had huge portions, great prices and everything was seasoned and cooked very well. Great stop
Steamed Vegetables tasted bitter. Chicken and rice tasted off also. Usually really good. But not this time

Genuily really happy with this place. All the food I get here is great. The fried rice portion is significant. The Mongolian beef comes with the little crispy rice noodles I like. The sesame chicken is crunchy, and so is the katsu. The service is always friendly and prompt and if you do a call in order it's pretty much always done by the time you get there. Love this place.
this place is very unhappy teriyaki #7 .first tried to order a combo lunch and she asked if she could just mix it all up , I thought because I wanted it spicy. so I ordered yakisoba beef ( spicy) and teriyaki beef not spicy. could not get that a combo so I had to order 2 separate meals. anyway the beef was like dry lunch meat, not anything like the pictures. ( so sad )girlfriend ordered orange chicken, and I know from what it tasted like was chicken breast was overcooked and dry then cut up breaded deep fried then smothered with sauce. ( dried to a hardness ) . hope knowbody else has the same experience. hopefully they were just really slow and used up leftovers.don't know why my phone underlined all the words .
Ordered two chicken teriyaki and katsu combos through Ubereats and got two chicken teriyakis, one that seemed to have been made of chicken breast. Have usually had good luck with Happy Teriyaki before, will order from another location in the future.
