Seems lazy not to do dine in. I bet they wonder why they aren't busy. Thought they would have sushi. I get it didn't matter, I wasn't going to eat it at the bus stop.Scroll through the recent reviews. It seems they used to be awesome. Hence the 4 stars.
The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. The food was good. The only problem that really turned me off about this place was that after I got my food, I wound up repeatedly (!!!) batting flies away. Granted, it's summer and warm out so their front door was open, but... I really wasn't impressed with having to defend my food and table from the flies.Parking: Adequate parking nearby.
Very friendly service, got there right before the lunch rush. They served us our food very quickly and it tasted very fresh!
I got a bento box from here and it was absolutely amazing, I recommend the ichiro sushi but they are all great, the waitress was really nice and the place is clean.
The chicken teriyaki is THE BOMB so delicious! I can't believe it took me this long to try this gem! A++++ guys! I just wish they weren't located in SUCH a bad sketchy area!
The place was very clean and the customer service was excellent. But I would HIGHLY recommend that you call in your order because I had to wait about 20 minutes for mine and all it was was a simple chicken teriyaki! I was very disappointed that when I opened the container the chicken was BARELY cooked....still whitish looking...so I took it home and microwaved it a bit longer. I thought it was kind of cheap of them to only give you one ball of rice unless you wanted to substitute a second helping by getting rid of the vegetables. I realize times are tight but to keep your customers coming back you got to give them good value for the money...... I will say, even though I had to microwave the chicken when I got home they were very generous with the portion so I really appreciated that!!
Food and staff were great, feel sorry for the employees who have to deal with homeless people loitering around disturbing their patrons. That would be my only complaint about our meal here.
I absolutely love this place! They’re excellent at reading the special instructions and the food is great every time. If they don’t have something, they will call for a substitution.The Lunch Bento is a perfect meal for work and to have some left overs afterwards.10/10 should order from here!
Order here downtown because of the convivence of online ordering. The food is ok at this location. I prefer the Fife location for some reason more than downtown to eat at.
okay chicken teriyaki, sauce is kind of watery and chicken is overdone.
