Gravity always has super friendly baristas. They have my favorite espresso for iced americanos. If I’m feeling frisky I’ll get an energy drink which is not usually my thing, but they are flavorful without being overly sweet and a nice change.
Very friendly baristas, they are a bit shortstaffed but that’s to be expected at this time so I really can’t fault them for it. The coffee is great, the only thing I wish they had was sweetness levels for the white coffee drinks because they are too sweet when you order them as they come, but when I ask for half as sweet it gets kind of inconsistent.
I get that new people and employees start but…it’s concerning when I order on Uber and I get a notification that the order is ready, and I arrive 15 minutes later and it’s not even made! And then none of the baristas apparently know how to make it, or they did but they had to discuss it first and go over it and it was an original menu drink so nothing super special..
I always get an iced white chocolate americano with caramel drizzle and its great every time! The baristas are always sweet and i never leave with a bad drink.
We love Gravity coffee and it has become our go to place after Volleyball training. The girls love the peanut butter protein drink and chocolate banana smoothie.
This location is very convenient it’s right by the freeway. The ladies that work there are always so friendly and helpful. There drinks are great too
The drinks are good but you're really only getting 1/2 of what they're advertising. A 16oz drink is so full of ice you're only getting 8oz. Don't believe me? Bring a measuring cup and check it out for yourself.This review is not a reflection on the girls working the stand. They were all friendly and got things done correct the first time.This is a review on the company and shady tactics. Most places give you a larger cup to negate the ice. Like a 12oz drink served in a 16oz cup to help make up the difference. They also don't fill the cup up entirely. Maybe half way. Then I emailed corporate about it and they said if I wanted more product I can request less ice. But I don't want more product, just want what was advertised and what I paid for.
Best coffee by far but not as good as back home. But finding a good coffee place that don't burn my coffee is fantastic. The gals working were great and professional and very respectful. I will come back again
I usually get one of the energy drinks when stopping here. No matter what location product quality and taste are very close. Staff is friendly and you do not have to talk into a speaker.
