Love this Gravity! Fast service, correct orders and all the girls have only been awesome. Highly recommend giving them a try, the energy drinks are amazing!
This is an amazing coffee shop, great coffee, their specialty drinks are amazing. I'm hooked on that "Interstellar" drink. The workers in there are so nice & patient to be honest. Even our kiddos love them... Highly recommend this spot, it's our family definite go to coffee / specialty drink spot... love this place..
Just stopped by. Taking a break from my regular coffee shop because they spilled coffee on my wife. This place recommended a caramel mach. It was the second most burnt coffee I've had in my entire life. I puked as soon as it entered my mouth. Gross.
Been going to gravity coffee for 2 years now, been going to this one for about 6 months. Great location and the ladies are very sweet and welcoming, I love their energy drinks because that's what I get mostly.
The ladies that work here are always smiling and friendly no matter how busy they get. Keep up the good work and I'll always come through for my High Voltage.

Love the energy drinks here. BUT the service I received at this particular location was subpar. The “barista”, Riley/Miley idk but she was super unfriendly and short with me. I made a special request of adding cream to my energy drink and it’s was mostly cream (not sure if she made it). She shoved the drink at me and gave a snub “bye”. I didn’t particularly care for the poor welcome. Ms Riley or Miley is not made for public service. No Cap!!
I came in today to order my usual drink. I told her I wanted the Interstellar drink after her asking and she immediately interrupted me and asked “anything else?” I told her the modifications I wanted, she charged me out, and walked away and talked to a different girl as my drink was being made by someone else. Overall, it felt very rushed, unwelcoming, and like I was almost bothering her by ordering at that time. I usually always tip $1 when I get a drink (even a free drink) but today I did not. (The drink was still good, like always.)
I LOVE Gravity Coffee in Lakewood, but this one was meh at best. Didn't help that they messed up 2 out of 3 coffees and didn't seem happy we came back through for them to fix it.
Its always a pleasure to visit GC! Great customer service with smiles. Highly recommend!
