This is for The Godfather’s on Pacific Ave in Tacoma Wa. Service was horrible. The lady said it would be 15-20 mins for 1 pizza and an order of wings we ended up there waiting for over 30 mins. When we go the pizza home the dough was raw, old and so hard. The menu said that it was a pound of wings. We didn’t even get 10 oz. Went to call them and the store was clouded so I called the next day and spoke to the manager and he said there was nothing he could do. $51.04 later we got nothing.

We went with the Taco pizza, it wasn't what I wanted, but I did enjoy it. The kid working at the counter was friendly and well mannered. It seems strange to say it, but that's a rare quality these days.There's a small arcade as well. They could do a better job of maintaining the syrup for drinks.The apple cinnamon streusel dessert pizza was pretty good as well. Overa, it was a pleasant experience and I'd probably go back.
The staff is friendly, the store is spotless. The pizza is better than I remembered.It's literally the best pizza I have had in years!!! The cheese was clearly real cheese. The pepperoni had tons of flavor and the crust was the perfect ballance of soft and crunchy.
My favorite pizza place! I have gone to Godfather’s Pizza for literally decades. Their original crust and original combo are still my very best favorite. It is too bad there are not more of them around. I have a friend from Seattle he was surprised to find we had one here in Spanaway. The next time they’re in the area they want to go there! True story!
I called in an order and it came to 50.58. when I went to pay for it with a 50 dollar bill they refused my money. They wanted me to pay with a card instead. I don't use plastic, and I didn't have anything smaller. I had to leave without my dinner. Who does that ? If they don't want my money, they can eat my order. Not only did they not make a sale, they lost a loyal customer. That's to bad because I order a lot of pizza.???
The curbside pickup took 20 minutes. The pizza crust ("golden crust") medium pizza was very doughy (crisp on bottom) lumpy glue like texture under minimal toppings six pieces tomatoes; seven pieces chicken; ten mushrooms. The mozzarella cheese was OK. At the cost of $24 and change. Called today (1/1/22) to see what happened to my pizza. Told them I saved the crust to show them. Picked up about 7:30 for New Year`s Eve and was told I needed to bring it back the same day and because I didn't they could not do anything. They think the white sauce made the crust that way. Maybe some people like it tasting not baked enough - if so order this!
Not very many Godfathers pizzas left in Western WA. Gotten pushed out by all the other chains which is sad because their pizza is phenomenal. A very different sort of pizza. Nothing like the other pizza places. Dough is bready (ideal for dipping in marinara) a sweeter tomato sauce and toppings have a unique flavor....I don't know what it is but it works! Well worth the price and special trip to get it. They have a nice dining room so consider eating in as well. Also before you leave don't forget to download the coupons on their website.
Ordered delivery tonight and not only was the original crust as thin as papa murphy’s thin crust but they delivered it to the wrong house and when I called to tell them they said sorry! Just a reminder why we don’t ever eat here. They messed up our order last time we ordered and of course, did it again tonight with no solutions to the problem.
Pizza made the same way I had it when I was a kid. Tastes awesome. For best deals call in don't use the website.
Gotta say, when I brought the Jumbo Combo home, the crust was a bit thinner than I typically am used to from other establishments. But, after diving in, I'm officially in a food coma. If I don't enjoy something, I typically will share most with neighbors so it doesn't get wasted. I'll still share,, but on a bit of a lesser level.The crust was exactly what was needed to let the toppings shine in glory. Staff was EXTREMELY friendly, chatting with me while they performed their duties as I waited was greatly appreciated. Can't wait to try the Taco Pizza next! Think I'll get two so my neighbors can enjoy more next time. KUDOS and well done!?
