First time at five guys, and was quite an experience!I looked at the menu, and picked order number. Then I was asked what I want in the burger. My response, everything. And she says I gotta choose what else goes in. In my head I was like “Listen lady, I don’t know how to make burgers, if I did I wouldn’t be here!”Obviously I wouldn’t say that to her, she doesn’t get paid enough for that! Also, I’m hungry, I gotta hurry, and there is a guy behind me waiting on me to finish ordering. Little he knows how me and server are both confused! You would think , saying something like “I want number 5” would be enough! Oh no, you gotta describe everything you want in the damn burger’ so I said, lattice, green paper and mayonnaise! Freaking mayonnaise man! Who puts mayonnaise in a burger?! The server tried so hard to hold the laugh in, but I could tell she was struggling not to laugh!Bruh, whatever! At this point please give me anything edible!Want any fries? No actually I’d like onion rings (from reviews, sounds like these 5 guys are good at making onion rings than anywhere else drum rolls … McDo). Her response “ sorry, we ran out of onion rings” ?♂️As far as I’m concerned, without those onion rings, you probably should change a name to 4 guys (I guess one quit and took all onion rings with him?) so to hide my embarrassment, I accepted fries ?!The food didn’t take long to arrive. These fries are actually good! But they come in a blank cup, that looks like coffee cup! You would expect to have Five Guys ( I mean Four Guys) logo somewhere on it. I guess they are not a big fan of marketing! Now you are probably wondering how is my Mayo based burger?! I haven’t tried it yet, but my expectations and very low! This order made me question my manhood! Crashed my self esteem to the core! Maybe I should go back and re-order? Maybe?Well, wish me good luck! I’m worried my stomach will fight me if I eat it! But well, here goes nothing ….
Ordered 3 bacon cheeseburgers, 1 regular cheeseburger, and 3 medium fries. All of the hamburgers came cold. Not the driver's fault, the driver came and delivered directly. Just seems as if they weren't fresh.None of the burgers were made as requested, so no one got what they wanted. The three medium fries came in the small cups and were only half full. Paid almost $20.00 for about a handful of fries.Including tax and tip, I paid $107.00 and received a sub-par meal and a bad customer experience.I'm deeply disappointed in this 5 Guys location and will not order from them again. Unfortunately this is my default location through Door Dash, so I will not order 5 Guys through Door Dash again.
Great customer service. Our food was brought out fast. I will definitely be going back. They’re open 7 days a week 11a.m-10p.m.
The meat was delicious, very flavored!Fresh!Just don't appreciate the music, very loud and not my type... But went for the food!
Burger was good ordered large fries only was half full and none at bottom of bag. Very busy at all times
Good burgers but don't expect the extra scoop of fries in your bag like you expect at Five Guys. A cup full of fries for $5.50 isn't really with it. Disappointing
Always good food, however you usually have to wait quite a long time to be served. Also, it seems like their milkshakes are a bit "warm," (not that they were warm, but that they could be more frozen). They also give you a TON of fries. They fill the container, then pour some into the takeout bag for those "hagglers" for the ones who didn't order fries. LOL. They have good food but it is a bit pricey. But I'm always satisfied when I come here. Staff always seem nice and friendly. Thank you!
Wonderful food! Burgers are made fresh to order! Fries piled high! Friendly staff! Always feel welcome! The pups love riding to get there last bites of there Five Guys burger! Yumm
Burger was good. The service was painful and they forgot the bacon. The main issue was that the person who seemed to be the manager was visibly posed and chewing it his crew/ blaming computer issues on the new guy. If you want your employees to stick around long enough to train them properly, treat them with respect.
The burgers are great, yet a little pricey. The problem is this place was a mess. (The store wasn't that busy). The floor was so greasy my feet were sliding while sitting at the table. There tables hadn't been cleaned and they dont have napkins available to wipe anything down. Im sure they were understaffed.
