I guess this place is good if you like eating rocks. Our order was not ready when I arrived as it stated it would be.After I watched our food sit on the end of the oven Conveyor belt for a while it was finally ready. Got home, and although someone attempted to cut the pizza it was so hard that the whole pizza was still in a whole disk.After waiting so long for the pizza it should’ve been at least warm, it wasn’t.I shouldn’t be reheating pizza that wasn’t even ready, just wondering how long it sat at the end of the oven. NOT happy,DEFINITELY go to the one off of 121st they’re SOOO much better!
The food and pasta is absolutely disgusting. I continuously have issues with not having enough sauce on pasta and the noodle being completely dried out ( like dehydrated). Lots of time to pizzas are over cooked or don’t have enough cheese or burnt. When you call to complain to the store, Brandon specifically and many other employees are extremely rude to you and tell you that you need to return pasta in order to have it replaced as if your lying about the food. Especially, when they don’t quality check it like they should before they send it out of the store. When they created it wrong in the first place it’s absolutely disgusting. When they don’t like it that you correct them on it they hang up on you. I called back and they refused to give me the corporate number. I would never shop here again their food is disgusting and they don’t care about quality checks nor their customers. I have giving them many chances to make things right on many orders. I wouldn’t order from this location if I were you.
Normally, their pizza is okay for nights my family doesn't want to cook. Tonight though, we ordered the new speciality Buffalo chicken & it showed up completely burnt. My husband called the store & spoke with the manager Brandon, who, made excuses saying that speciality pizzas "bubble up like a volcano & the American cheese turns black." Excuse me what???!! He finally said he will personally make another one just so we would get off the phone. Thanks dominos.
Normally awesome, don't know what was wrong but definite disturbance in the force. First the $7.99 large three topping voupo that I use literally everytime I order, charged two dollars extra. And then , after the price got fixed and I headed home withy grub.When I get home and try to snag the for a piece, worst pizza cutting performance EVER!!!
U professional, took my order three times when I was trying to have my ordered delivered and delivery driver ever showed up and ofc it was close to closing time so no one wanted to anwser the phone I swear Tacoma so ghetto
Every single time we use this location they mess up our order. Tonight we ordered a 2 litter coke, a ceaser salad, lava cakes, and 2 pizzas. One being sausage and black olives the other being pineapple and sausage. We got the sausage and olive pizza no issue. The one that was supposed to be sausage and pineapple ended up not having any pineapple on it and instead had pepperoni on it. When I called to get it sorted out the person who answered the phone was rude and short. I'm now the only one unable to eat while I wait a minimum half an hour for another pizza to made and delivered. I understand things happen, but there is always an issue with our order. You have quality check before the food leaves this should have been caught before it got delivered.

Normally it’s good and the pizza is delicious but this time it was gross! Way to over cooked, burnt, barely any sauce.. my daughter thought that something was wrong with the cheese so she wouldn’t even eat it. Air bubbles took over a couple pieces. Surly wasn’t even worth the $23.
Order once or twice every month and appreciate the fact that my order is ALWAYS correct and fresh once received. The delivery people are always nice and helpful. I appreciate the crews that do their jobs caring like.
The worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my ENTIRE life and I've had some pretty bad experiences....I've also had great customer service experience and so that is how I know that this was by far the worst very rude very bad bad service. I ordered our pizza online thru the app . Everything that was not pizza was correct ....the pizza was a deluxe w garlic parmeson sauce instead of red sauce but everything else was same for deluxe. When we got it my kids grabbed a piece and bThen I did and I realized it was plain cheese pizza no toppings we paid full price for a deluxe topping pizza and it came with zero toppings. That is at least a few dollars difference in price. So I called And was routed to the actual location and waited on hold got disconnected. Called again chose check order status and the store is closed recording came on. Called again chose make order option got routed again to location a d the man that answered was VERY VERY RUDE NOT AT ALL ACOMMODATING TALKED LOUDER AND OVER ME WHILE I WAS SPEAKING AND HAD NOTHING TO SAY IN REGARDS TO THE FACT THAT I WAS GIVEN COMPLETED WRONG PIZZA PAID MORE FOR DELUXE GOT PLAIN CHESSE . I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE EVER AGIN AND I PLAN TO CONTACT AN ABOVE REPRESENTATIVE ABOUT THIS. I LIVE BEHIND THE STORE IN APTS AND HAVE BEEN CUT OFF ON THE ROAD BY THEIR DELIVERY DRIVERS FLIPPED OFF PASSED AND HONKED AT FOR GOIN G 40.IN A 35 WHEN THEY APPARENTLY NEEDED TO BE WRECKLESS AND RUDE. I WILL MAKE A CHANGE AND I WILL BE REFUNDED ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. SO IF YOUR READING THIS AND YOU ARE AFFILIATED QITH THE 84 TH PACIFIC LOCATION STRAIGHTEN OUT OR U MIGHT LOSE YOUR JOB.
