I ordered pizza and cheesy bread with sauces. When the driver arrived, he came to the door and admitted he forgot the sauces. Before I could say anything he took off with the hot food. Frustrated, I called the shop and the employee was rude and told me the driver would return. I asked for the manager and both employees were rude and would not give me their name. Although, my address, phone number and credit card information is available to them. I called the next day to speak with the manager, who was indifferent and sounded very young. She didn’t even though the difference between a “franchisee” location or a “company” location. She said since she had not worked that night she can do anything. She also said she couldn’t give out the owner information. Suggested I call corporate, which I did. Spoke with a very nice lady only to get an email almost 10 days ((I called again and left a message during that time). The email said “so sorry, they are independent businesses and to contact the owner. Nothing happened. So, if you are looking for decent customer service, avoid this location. I all wanted was a refund
Have been going to this Domino's since the early 1990s on N. Stevens in Tacoma, WA and they have always been great as far as customer service goes until today. Just a poor level of representation of what I have been used to going to this store for decades.I called to make a complaint about my burnt pizzas. A representative answered the phone and I asked to speak to a manager. She replied that she is a manager. My first question thereafter was, "What is your name?" The representative replied "I already told you." How rude is that? I asked for her name so I can document my conversation again. She again said that she already told me and that the store is closed. I was just there and online, it says they close at Midnight. I asked for the owner name and then she said I am getting aggressive and then hung up. Ridiculous! All I asked for was her name before I even had the opportunity to discuss my concern.I went to the store and asked for the owner's name. The front counter rep. would not tell me the name nor provide contact information. I asked to speak to the manager and the front counter person would not get the manager. I saw someone who appeared to be the manager. She wouldn't give me her title or her name. Ridiculous! When I explained that my pizza was burnt, I was told that this is how it is made. Ridiculous! Then, I was told to contact their corporate office about a refund. Since the 1990s at this Domino's on N. Steven's, if I had any problems with my pizza, they always provided great customer service. Here, the person finally, after refusing to give me her title after many requests, said she was the manager. She also told me to F*** You.This is what this franchise has turned into? A Motley Crew of employees who don't help the customer?Ordered a thin crust pizza for the first time and the edges were burnt black and in the overall pizza's looked over-cooked. Typically, the Domino's representative opens the pizza for you to view the quality, this representative did not do so. I opened the boxes and the pizza's were as describred. The representative said that was normal.
Everytime I order from here the pizza is awesome.
My card was charged and was told my order was canceled. I received a call 3 hours later, asking are you even going to pick up your food. I need my refund.
Good pizzz
I would order from other Domino's, but never again from this one. The App said that my order was complete, but it was never started. When I game up and went in the store, the manager, Jose, was unhelpful and would not tell me if my order was ready. He was very unprofessional. Another employee finally came out to my car and said that the order wasn't made and would be canceled.
Tried to order online, was not available. Tried to call in an order (twice) the line was busy. Drove to the store to order and they said they cannot give me the same deal as if I ordered online (which was unavailable). I'll be taking our business to a business that wants to serve customers from now on.
Don't bother with the carside delivery. I attempted it 3 times and 2 times i had to go inside after almoat 10 min of waiting. Multiple delivery drivers walked passed us and no one told the people inside to pay attention to their alerts.
Unable to make a pizza correctly. Two weeks in a row. We will order from Pizza Hut from now on.
Terrible service I was ignored for several minutes even after calling out to the workers multiple times that i was there to pick up my order and no one even made eye contact with me until they finishes makimg all the orderes first.... also one of the BBQ pizzas was missing sauce. Also the pen they handed me to sign the recipt was disguhsting and was obviously not sanitized for quite a awhile.
