Sure has gone down hill. And it's not a pandemic related issue.1) only one staff person in store. Not safe for her or anyone else on the store. 2) she wasn't welcoming. She was going to give me the remains of a pork loin that looked awfully iffy. 3 Had to wait over a half hour to place order.I have been going there since it opened. Probably won't return for a long time.
This woman was rude and rushed my order. She had an attitude with me before I said a word. Didn’t wear a hair net nor gloves. Handled the phone then handled my food. Very unprofessional. Thank you for the visit Kelly ??
Brisket was dry with no tasteThe Mac and cheese was chunkyThe only real seasoned food was the friesThey should put the seasoning for the fries on some of the meats
Good food, but it is never hot. I have to rewarm after I get home. I wish they treat their employees better, most seem a little disgruntled.
Ordered pulled pork, with coleslaw and potatoes salad, they all need seasoning bc they are bland. Husband ordered chicken, but ends and jalapeño kielbasa with Mac and cheese, potatoes salad and a side of jalapeños. We get home he was missing his chicken, Mac and cheese and jalapeños. He went back up there, and the lady seemed annoyed that he was asking for the items that were missing. He gets home, has the chicken and Mac and cheese, but apparently they think that jalapeños means sausage.
Bbq is always delicious, better then Famous Dave hands down...ribs are tender, sides are tasty . I miss the free icecream after dinner, they nolonger offer it. sadness....but theres Sonic next door to replace it, only * if they keep the icecream machine running. Like there suppose to..Sonic get yo stuff together. Good grief
Great food! The staff is very friendly, great barbecue! This is somewhere is definitely visit again and recommend to others. It's really a place the whole family can enjoy! A good find if you're in the area!!!
Placed an order online, went to pick it up. Store was locked, no one was there. Checking to see if my credit card was charged. Called store, left message. No call back as of yet. I questioned the validity of a BBQ establishment without BBQ pits or the smell of BBQ on-site, this experience confirmed my apprehension. I won't be coming back! Not sure if the other Dickey's establishments are like this, unfortunately this Tacoma location ruined it for me.

Yesterday morning I was contacted by the regional manager to interview for one of their many open GM positions. I was greeted by a great employee. I watched this guy give great service to every person who came in after me. He did mention I was the second person who came in for the interview, and that the RM was not there at all today. I attempted to contact the RM to reschedule and have heard nothing at all from them.To the owner; if this is your lively hood being ran by this RM, I truly wish you the best of luck. If you need or want real help, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. This person clearly does not have your best interests at heart. I've never been ghosted on an GM interview before.
