Went through the drive thru, terrible customer service, its like the person working on window doesn't know how to communicate. Even after saying thank you multiple times he just stared at me. Was very weirded out. I ordered a number 2 with 3 patties, and only two patties were on the burger. They also gave me Jalepeno bacon instead of regular. What if I was allergic to Jalepenos? Terrible service, and felt weirded out.

Unfortunately, this was a small untidy, understaffed Dairy Queen. I did get the blizzard I wanted, but I got the wrong burger, my husband received his burger missing a patty and it was difficult to locate napkins and condiments and needed to clean up our own cramped table. The young man behind the counter was nice but seemed confused about every order and it took some time to operate the register.

Hit the drive through or take advantage of the outdoor seating here. You probably won't want to sit inside.Edit, 4/2022Couldn't go inside if we wanted to - the dining room was closed. Visited the drive thru and the person on the other end of the speaker missed part of our order. When we arrived at the window, realized that part of our order had been missed (a side salad), we asked to pay for it while we were there. We were told that we had to go back through the line again, rather than just letting us purchase the single item. After waiting in line a second time, most of our food was cold. Fantastically bad customer service.

They forgot my fries and the food tasted like if cleaning products were sprayed on it, ps buffalo sauce is 1.09 each I said that sucks and left (drive thru experience)

I asked for a meal deal and to substitute the drnk with a medium blizzard. Answer from cashier we can't do that, my remark, OK, skip the drink and add medium blizzard. Cashier I just told you we can't do that. I said no I'll purchase the medium blizzard but I don't want the drink. Cashier frustrated said I can't do that.Do you, the reader of this, understand?I wanted meal deal minus drink. And I wanted to purchase medium blizzard. Period but Cashier did not understand me. I ended up saying , i can't purchase a medium blizzard? I drove away. Frustrated.

I just got literally the hottest fast food burger I've ever had. At first, I was honestly a bit peeved because it was too hot to comfortably hold and some ketchup spilled out and it legitimately hurt a little, but now I think it's okay and I'm just impressed at how they got it so hot. Maybe it's like an oven situation or something, but it was impressive. Better than getting a cold burger, which some places will do to you.

Rude staff, long wait. Wouldn't provide manager info. 10 min wait at the window and can't add some fries? Not to mention lack luster food to match the wait time as the only car in the line for 4 items. Very unlikely to return. Would recommend skipping the stop all together.

I’ve always paid with my debit card and ran it as credit as I will not put my pin in. Been doing this for 2 years at this location. Not only are they $3 more than yelm Lacey and tumwater in price for the exact same thing.They have twice refused to run it as credit. Their loss I’ll go somewhere else but I won’t be back again!!!

The drive thru is very quick and the seating inside is closed for indoor dining.

Asked for extra butterfinger paid almost a dollar and then was told it was per scoop!!! 1 extra scoop did nothing lol. We will just go with winco next time. All these businesses are so money hungry.
