I Used to LOVE Dairy Queen Burgers but the past few times I’ve ordered from this location the burgers just fall apart & taste stale. Idk what is going on with the quality of the burgers but they just aren’t as good as they used to be. Please do better Dairy Queen I miss your old ways!!!
Never again. I stopped here to get a peanut butter sundae and a chili cheese dog. I was starving and when I first bit into the hot dog, something tasted off and the hot dog was barely even warm. I thought maybe that was just the particular taste of their chili and about half way through, I stopped eating because I could tell something was just not right. 24 hours later and I am (sorry to sound gross) explosive at both ends, throwing up etc. This place seriously needs to be looked at by the health department.
The evening crew here needs some serious work. I've consistently had bad experiences with them. Last time I ordered a shake and there was something that resembled either a piece of plastic or a shrimp tail in it. Parts of my order are almost always missing. The guy who takes your order is so curt he literally cuts you off to say "What else? What else?" No pleasantries. Not even a pause to let me finish.Don't waste your time or money here because you will be disappointed. You're not gonna get what you order and if you read some of the other reviews too it sounds like you may get some things you didn't want (like bad hot dogs or shrimp tails in your shake). There are better places to get ice cream around here.
Only go here to get a blizzard every now and again but customer service is garbage. They interrupt you and speak incoherently fast. At the end they blurt out something that sounds like your total. The last 4 times I've been there an item is forgotten - from dipping sauces to entire orders of fries. I don't expect a red carpet roll out but there's very little reason to come here outside of it being the only DQ in the area.
I would give them a negative stars if I could. I ordered my son's 10th bday cake. I ordered in person a week before hand. Day of they did not have it ready and where scrambling to get it together. Did not discount for the mess up. I will NEVER be ordering another cake from them! Horrible customer service and care!
I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I had to drive home with a crying child, because of a lye by the personal at this Dairy Queen. I orders the Children Chicken Meal (chicken fingers, fries, soda and a small ice cream cone). When I didn’t get the most wanted cone, we asked for it, and where rudely dismissed. I try I’d to call the manager, but they won’t pick up the phone, and their answering service has a rude msg., and is also full. Just because you are busy, doesn’t mean you can forget about COSTUMER SERVICE !!!!
Customer service has always been great. But the honey barbecue chicken strips seem to be shrinking in quality and the prices for a family of four was just under $80!!! I think we are feeling the cost of the high minimum wage.
Fast service, good food, lots of napkins. A good treat for after the zoo with a little one.
The desserts are always better than most places. The food is an afterthought a lot of times with DQ, and it can be expensive. The food reminds me of of burger King back in the day. But not in a good way. The chicken strip basket is really good, if they don't overcook the chicken. They usually will. I know the gravy is made from a powder, but it's still simple and tasty.
This place is almost there. I mean it’s sometimes hit or miss. A little more training for the employees and this place is a great place for a quick bite or a nice treat. Thanks for at least trying!
