My family and myself have been very pleased with our experience with Crumbl while visiting the Union location in Tacoma. We have always ordered and choose the Curbside option and I do have to say they had our cookies out to our vehicle in two shakes of a lambs tail we truly enjoyed the customer service and friendly attitudes from the staff. Then when inspected each cookie had time and attention paid to it, the warm ones were warm and the chilled ones were chilled we were impressed. Then when it came to flavors each one was mind blowing in its own way, we thoroughly enjoyed out numerous Crumbl Cookie experiences. If you haven't yet tried a Crumbl Cookie I suggest you run not walk to your nearest location?
I have made several purchases from Crumbl since their opening day and here are my thoughts:The Good:Rotating flavors. My curiosity tempts me to be a repeat customer.The staff:A greeting every visit and fairly knowledgeable when I have questions.Presentation:What you see in ads, is sometimes not what you get. Not here. The cookies you receive really look like their ad photos.The Maybe Not So Good Depending On Your Preference/Taste:Cookies are dough-y tasting. Took me several attempts to get a feel for that chocolate chip cookie. It's just okay for me.The sugar cookies have a weird aftertaste. Maybe it's just me? On the fence about these...The Not Good:During a recent visit, there was a hair on the cookie display and a worker doing the frosting was on her phone....a lot...and didn't change out her gloves. And phones on the production floor?? Ummm, eww. Minus a star.It's a cute little shop. Staff is nice. If you haven't been, it's worth a taste.?
I love Crumbl cookies too much! Haven't had one that I didn't like. Always cooked perfectly. Every week I'm so excited to see the new menu!
Not sure why I can’t email the store, but this weeks cookies feature a salted caramel cookie which I was super excited for because it looked amazing! Ordered a 6 pack through their site and this is what I received. Not sure where the caramel cookies are and it’s no longer the mystery cookie event so I’m unsure as to what happened and what these pink cookies are??♀️ Will probably try a different location and hope I get the cookie I want.
Love that this delightful cookie shop has finally made its way to the Northwest! First tried this in Utah and fell in love. Always fun to try new flavors, but I wish their menu of mainstays would grow beyond chocolate chip and pink sugar.
So delicious and the staff is always friendly. Love the lemon glazed one the best.
They are jus delicious! My favorite the coconut sugar!
I love the brownie chocolate ice cream and I’m glad that it don’t change, but I do love the idea that they have different cookies every week. I really like this week option mostly the confetti cookie. Everyone have to try this.
Fresh baked cookies, they also sell ice cream, cookies are a bit expensive but worthy it .people who work here are very friendly. Very good packaging for the fresh cookies
We love how fun this place is! We always look forward to the new cookies of the week and the curbside pick up is so fast and easy. Nothing like getting a pink box with warm cookies inside. Yum!
