Is good place for family.
So fun. Not the same chuck e cheese when I was younger, but still so much fun. They are having a revamp this summer so that will be good. I had my 3 yr old baby girls birthday here just last month! Great staff and the prizes were a good selection. Also good deals on birthday party packages. Can't go wrong with their pizza either. Didnt have to worry about cleaning or decorating! Very memorable. We'll be back soon!
Fun family experience over all good games even Spider-Man
Way different now than when I was a kid. No ball pit no helicopter ride lol. You can essentially rent this place out like an hour or two before they open for parties. Kids get unlimited play cards for a period of time. Then pizza. Pretty early for pizza but it's a good venue for younger kids.
The place is good for kids. Not as much games like they use to have. I think if they put back all the stuff they took out the kids would have alot more fun. Now it's just a few games that kids play and that's it
poor customer service. half of the games work and with covid i though they would try to sanitize, but not at all. never coming back.
Horrible, I was waiting for an hour for a small pizza. That's not the worst part I got a good view of the kitchen and the girl who was preparing the pizza didn't bother to ware gloves. I saw her used her phone, drink her soda and touching her face the entire hour not ones did she stop to wash her hands. Her hair was long in a ponytail but still to close to the pizzas. I complain to the manager but she didn't seem to care and she still didn't bother to clean her hands I gave my pizza away I was to gross out by it.
I haven't been to this Chuck E Cheese in a very long time. We had a good time but my daughter only being 5 the games were very limited to her age. I remember coming as a child and there were a lot more activities for younger kids. The pizza wasn't bad and I like that they have a salad bar. Would prefer the wine and beer to return. Not a lot of choices for the prize area.
Fun place for the kids to play but not very clean or organized. If you are needing help from staff you will need to wait at least 5min before someone will help you. The majority of staff will just look at you and continue walking past without saying a word to you.
It was clean, the kids had fun, the bathroom was clean. The staff for the most part were friendly. After sitting there for 20 minutes after they forgot my order, the manager brought out our food and gave me 30 play points for her staffs forgetfulness. All in all it wasn't horrible it was ok just expensive.
