I was at this restaurant not too long ago. From the guy who takes your order through the drive tru to the ladies at the window these people provide the best treatment. These amazing people working here true are what customer service is all about. They’re SO good at what they do and for the five minutes you spend there they make you feel like the best friends you haven’t seen in a while! We need more of you in this country. I normally love the service here, and the food is good. I am very frustrated and won't go back because of water. I enjoy ice water and don't normally mind paying extra for ice water. I went to the Chick Fil A Tacoma by TCC and ordered a breakfast meal for my drink I asked for ice water. When I got to the window I was handed a child size cup. I stated that I had ordered a meal, and asked if that was the size that came with it. I was told that it was a free size and if I wanted ice water I would have to pay an additional 0.37 cents. I started to get annoyed when I asked if I requested a soda would I get a larger cup and she said yes. I then asked her to ring up soda and fill my cup with water instead. She told me that she couldn't do that, but I could have soda if I wanted. At this point it was very frustrating because I wasn't asking for a larger water, I wasn't asking for bottled water, I was asking for the size cup that came with my meal to be filled with ice water. I asked for the manager and she told me she was the manager. At that point I decided that it wasn't worth it, I requested to have my money back and left.It is crazy to me that ice water cannot be a drink option here. There are several fast food restaurants surrounding this particular location and I get ice water with all my meals, in the normal size cup that comes with the requested meal. I didn't want anything for free, I wasn't ordering a specialty drink, I ordered a meal and it should have come with the right size water. Horrible Customer Service.
One of the dirtiest, least organized Chick-fil-A s I have ever been in. The staff were talking to each other and not really helping people well. There was not one clean table and no one was bothering to stop chatting to clean them. I even asked for napkins and told them it was to clean a table and the staff member said, "Okay, here you go" and went back to chatting. I will never go back to this restaurant. This is not what I have come to think of Chick-Fil-A.
Always pleasant staff, efficient drive through, really good food. Only complaint is that each sandwich should have crispy or grilled options. Other than that, it's all good except not being open Sundays.
I ordered a chicken biscuit and they only gave me the chicken patty. So my dog got a yummy treat this morning. How can you mess up the only thing I ordered? The staff are friendly, but this isn’t the first time an order has been missing something.
The open seating area works well to give Customers and staff space while dining in. No doubt the staff less stressed, now that they have less hungry customers staring at them while the staff diligently makes food to serve. I love the food when I get what I ordered. The staff deserve a higher wage.
Food was great! I think everyone loves the chicken sandwich because it's a piece of whole breaded chicken rather than what most fast food places have, which is breaded patty of minced chicken bits.
There's always a line at the drive through but when I went they actually had someone waiting outside to help you order and generally move things along faster. There is an app to order online before you go but I didn't do that when I went and I still made it through the line as quickly as I would at McDonald's or any other fast food place. Food is yummy. Very filling. My kids love the nuggets.
We go there alot. It's fast food, but it's the best option. Great service and the food is way better than McDonald's or Burger King. The only other fast food chain I even consider is Taco Time.
