It took 40 mins to get our food. The food was cold. Our server offered to have the sampler platter remade, but, it took so long the first time, we declined. The offer wasn't made on the other food that was ordered. There were 5 of us I won't be returning. I should have payed attention to the reviews that I read. It looks as if no one likes Buffalo Wild Wings!
This is the first 1 star review I've ever written and I'm pretty fair on my reviews but this location was very bad. Had some beers here but they got warm quick due to the glasses being warm also order nachos for appetizer which had literally no cheese or toppings on them just chips. My food order was forgotten as I waited 40 mins and still nothing. I was told I got a discount on my check for the forgotten food but as I did the math they literally only took a dollar off my tab. Pretty disappointed
Ate in the bar which is rare lately.Ordered cheese curd burger with curds on the side, they brought out fries.thwy fixed it no biggieOrdered 6 piece bone in- the brought boneless no biggie they fixed it again.THEN I mention the wrap comes with tortilla chips and salsa not fries. I am told I was wrong by the waitress and unless requested it comes with fries.Below is a picture of the menu where it clearly states wraps come with chips and salsaHorrible customer service. Our waitress told us she was leaving right after she took our order and someone else was coming on. No big deal but the other waitress never left and kept working but barely came by our table again. Never want to eat in again
We ordered takeout a day in advanced. Picked up on time. Food was horrible. Possibly cooked day before and under heat lamp all day. Fries just thrown away and boneless wings dry , cold and dumped in sauce. Maybe worse order out experience in my adult life. I will never eat here again. Such poor quality food. Day old fast food at best. And expensive. Never again.

Went to eat last night around 9. Took along time for server to address us. The tables were dirty. Server got upset when asked to clean a table for us. Said it was the greeters job to clean table, they had no greeter it’s self seating ??♀️ Then we were told they ran out of traditions wings then a certain beer we ordered they were out of. Server didn’t seem to like her job at all. Food came out cold had to order boneless and they came out half sauced, maybe a sauce shortage as well. I understand the times we are in now but if you pick to work in customer service have a better attitude and make a bad experience for paying customers better. Laura please learn for this experience some people work hard to treat their families out to something they can afford and I will say I will probably not be returning to this location because of your lack of customer service. Your I’m just a server and I guess I have to do it myself comments were poor choices last night 2/3/2022
My husband and I went to get dinner here last night on 1-27-2022 and we never got our food or drink order taken and they weren’t even packed!! We waited about 40 mins while all the waitresses walked around taking care of other people that came in after us, so we ended up leaving.I don’t recommend unless you have the patients to wait but we aren’t satisfied with this visit and we’ll probably find another b-dubs.
Typical BWW everything was delicious. Josh our waiter was awesome. great energy and super attentive. I don't give it 5 stars just because the tables weren't that clean
This place has really taken a turn for the worst. The staff was friendly and helpful, our waiter was great and I tipped them for that. But the prices have just gone bananas. For 12 wings, 1 side of fries, and two sodas, we spent $40. That's ridiculous. Just ridiculous. Not worth it. At all. Never again.
Be cautious when going here!! My vehicle was broken into during the day at 1pm and the manager said it happens often in that area and there's nothing anyone could do to rplace the broken window or the stolen suitcase. Other than that the service was good.
