Drinks are good, just not the customer service. We were waiting to order drinks while the staff was making drinks behind the counter. They saw us but didn’t acknowledge us. A simple greeting would’ve been nice. And one of the employees that was preparing drinks was checking their phone at the same time. He even placed his phone on the counter where they were making drinks. Very unprofessional.
Friendly & Personal service. The drink menu is great and the guys always offer a suggestion. Also, if your in at the right time, one young man will be singing his heart out to whatever music is playing.
They offer great and fast service, their drinks are reasonably price. Plus, they offer a great selection of different types of teas, smoothies and frozen (ice) drinks. My personal favorite (Strawberry-Srduction) smoothie.
This place is decent, the drinks taste like syrup, id defiantly try somewhere else
I think they have some very unique drinks, my favorite so far is the blue lagoon, which comes with small star-shaped mango pieces? Another one I need to try is the blended taro and oreo.Months later, blue lagoon is still my favorite, I should buy two at once so I get my fav, but also try a new one
Sooooo sooo goood!!!!! Way better than the down town tacoma one. They cook the tapioca in honey unlike the other one. My favorite is the OG boba tea with no ice and xtra tapioca pearls!! Also the strawberry blend is SO GOOD !!!! I want to try cuddles on the beach when I go later today. Everyone is so nice and very clean. Love the music too! Definitely worth it

Is good but hate that this location uses crushed iced :( It comes up the straw with the boba and ruins everything! Lol

I came by around 6pm on a Saturday and they were open but no one was in there, no customers and no workers were seen in the area behind the cash register. The sign said open but the place looked closed with how dim and dark it was. So I just left.If you like the og black/brown sugar milk tea, just go to the pho place nearby, it’s pretty good and they are quick with it.FYI, I am not a fake reviewer, I went to the one downtown and they were great, but this location just has bad vibes.
