This was my first time, but my wife had been a few times. The service was slow, took our server too long to even come over the first time to welcome us and get our drink order. We had walked in and sat down when she was two tables away. She just seemed more interested in the tables that were predominantly males, visiting them2 and 3 times to just once to us. The food was reasonably priced, but nothing overly special. Just a good burger.

I love their famous Dave drink and steak salad but this really disappointed me. Midway through my salad I found a piece of hair on my lettuce. I immediately stopped eating because the thought of it grossed me out. This was very disappointing because this is one of the best salad and I always look forward to it. I told my waitress and she was nice about it and asked if I wanted to talk to the manager but because it was already paid up front first I felt like nothing could’ve been done. Really was a waste of money. I had paid for extra steak on it as well. So wasted $23.
Excellent staff, great atmosphere...relaxed. try the chili if you like spicy, smoky heat
This place used to be really cool with great full service. Came in today for that and was surprised to find that you have to order and pay first. Even asks for tip. I'm not gonna tip before I'm served that defeats the point. The place is empty but I'm not surprised with this new policy. It's just not conducive to a good dinning experience. I wanna sit and have a drink, browse the menu and then order. My advise to ownership/ management is get your house in order because you appear super lazy.If I wanted to order and pay before getting my food I would go to McDonald's! ? What a joke!
Burgers, fries are not fresh. Burgers are cold and fries tasted like it was cooked the previous day.Cashier double ordered fries when we asked for fries for side dishes.
This place used to be awesome. Used to be full service in the whole place. Apparently now its like a fast-food joint, order $100 worth of food (family of 5) at the front, pay and tip, seat yourself, you get McDonald's cups, and $3 8oz juice bottle for the kids. No free refills on juice. The burgers used to awesome. No one in our party was excited about the food. I dont think I will go back, which is sad, this place was so good before.
Fantastic! We had a great dinner at Blazing Onion Burgers in Tacoma. This was my first visit to Blazing and I was surprised how good the burgers were. Oh and I don't want to forget the fries. I had the parmeson garlic fries and they were great, but that garlic sure is strong. The Blueberry Lime Splash drink was excellent. We had to wait for about 20 minutes to get seated and the place was fairly busy, but I think they were also dealing with a staff shortage. Nevertheless, the staff did a great job and were so friendly. The restaurant has TVs everywhere, including above the urinals in the bathroom. I've never seen that before. Excellent place to watch some sports and get some delicious grub. The location wasn't bad being at the Tacoma Mall, but I could imagine parking might be difficult on busy Mall days. Overall recommend this restaurant and I plan to go back.
I have to put one star to leave a review but customer service was subpar. I order a garlic Cesar salad and my salad had a dash of dressing enough to cover the edge of the French fry. This is not a full service restaurant apparently full service is only for the bar per the host. I do not recommend this location and will not be returning. Take your money else where?
Seat your self in the bar area and get full service or, in the normal dining area you order and pay up front at the door. Then find your own seat. It seemed a little weird, outside of the bar area. But my beer was cold and it was on happy hour at 8pm. Bar server was nice and helpful.I think it might be because of worker shortage. But I can't confirm or deny that.
