We decided to go to Baskin Robbins to get this sea animal promotion that they were having. The employees were very kind and patient since we wanted to be one of each. They also included hats which made the experience more special. Each one of us chose one of the different animals that were available. Overall, the facility was clean but the only drawback is the parking and the street is very busy in front so it’s hard to get in and out a little bit. That doesn’t stop me from going there so I highly recommend it.
As a previous employee from working here at this Baskin-Robbins for only 4-5 months, I can tell you with most certainty, the employees are very kind, and we like to make small conversation with the customers to keep the mood up. There's previous employee that has left a certain message as a one-star review that has gotten things completely wrong. The managers would leave certain people in charge once their shift is over throughout the week, the message that was left on here is pointed towards the managers daughter; now, this message is a form of bullying, they didn't want to do their tasks at all, they would sit in the back on their phone all the time while the manager's daughter (since the managers work in the mornings) would do majority of the work, while I've worked there, I've seen this same person slack off while I did my half of the work. One day, on July 4th, I worked with this same person. When it came to closing, they were a complete nuisance, they didn't want to keep working, so they sat in the back and scrolled through TikTok to pass time instead of wiping down counters, sweeping the floor, or cleaning the windows. At some point on that day, one of the customers came up to them and asked if the manager was in, (fun fact, I was put in charge that day for closing since the managers trusted me with the hard work I've put in) but instead of saying that the managers were not in, they said, "No, but they left me in charge, so I'm the manager today." So not only are they lazy, or controlling, they manipulate people for their own benefit. This person quit the job instead of owning up to their actions, and that's on their fault.I'd like to end this on a good note. If I had a choice to work there again, and again, I would. Without a heart beat. I love everyone there to death and I've made some amazing friends there as well (including customers). 6/5 stars.
They might as well say that closing time is at 9, they always close wayy too early, their pumpkin ice cream is good though. BUT I CAN NEVER GET IT!!

GREAT customer service ? I love the Chocolate Almond ice cream ? can't wait to go back. Wish I knew the name of the gentleman who helped us when we came in, he was the SWEETEST ☺️

Coming from someone who’s worked there, there’s extreme nepotism and unprofessional behavior going on here. The wannabe manager, who was really just the managers daughter, at the time of me working there about 5 months ago, 1) would actively talk about personal issues with other coworkers in front of customers 2) belittle both customers and employees (once noted while I was on shift with her and a neurodivergent customer came in and she continued to mock her speech mannerisms and clothing after she left, after being generally rude while serving her) 3) I’d get multiple customers on shift who would note her rude behavior to me and even old employees who’d affirm the ill treatment I received when I was working there 4) she’d leave closing tasks to everyone else and sit on her phone all close, and if she did help she’d do close poorly then pin it on other coworkers, me especially.Management is also poor, when is ask to not work with the problem employee management continued to schedule me with her and would generally be indifferent and unhelpful to all questions I’d have about the quality of my work ethic and how to better my work ethic to their standards. There was overall poor team management and communication as literally every employee had a different understanding of the task book.And times I would come in off shift as a customer they’d still meet me with very unfriendly attitudes that made me not want to be there at all, as a customer or employee.I can admit there was many things I could’ve done better while working there, and even things I just did not understand and needed accommodations to, having the neurodevelopment disorders I have been diagnosed with and am currently being helped for, I need strong leadership and clear instruction, and these were not things provided consistently if at all.People in the community need to hold this store accountable because I’ve now talked to so many people who’ve worked there and been customers there who have very similar experiences to mine. It needs to be addressed and corrected.
If I could give zero stars I would. I just ordered some smoothies, sundaes, and prepackaged ice cream. I wasn't even half way thru with my strawberry banana smoothie when I took a drink and felt something odd in my mouth. I thought hmm maybe stem to strawberry wasn't mad or upset, but than I spit it into my hands to find out was not a stem to a strawberry it was a freaking black fly. I freaked out threw it on the floor started gagging puking went brushed my teeth few times used mouth wash few times yet I still feel so disgusting & violated I can't stop crying bcuz of how upset i am I can't believe this just happened. Ran told my kids 2 stop drinking their smoothies and told them they can't have their sundaes because who knows what we'll find in those. I don't even get how that could've happened without no workers seeing the fly while making the smoothie. I just don'tGet it. FML
